基于网格的森林防火辅助决策系统模型的研究

【摘要】 森林资源的持续稳定发展是世界各国关注的焦点,防御和控制森林火灾也受到各国的普遍重视。随着信息技术在森林防火办公管理工作中的作用日益显著,森林防火辅助决策系统已经成为日常森林防火工作中不可缺少的工具。因此,森林防火机构必须不断利用新技术研究开发适合自身业务的森林防火辅助决策系统,加强信息共享和协同工作能力,提高工作效率,以适应信息时代对森林防火工作的要求,更好的为森林防火的日常工作服务。本课题研究以黑龙江省重点科技攻关项目《面向数字林业应用软件关键技术的研究》为依托,在“数字林业”的研究背景下,将新兴的网格技术引入到森林防火专题研究中来,结合实际情况,用面向服务的思想架构森林防火辅助决策系统模型,致力于克服现有的辅助决策系统自身所固有的资源共享受限、协同工作能力差、系统开发成本高、维护复杂等不足。本文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1)阐述课题研究的背景和意义,以黑龙江省塔河林业局防火现状为切入点,分析森林防火的功能需求和数据需求,分析了现有的森林防火辅助决策系统中存在的缺陷和不足之处,提出利用网格技术来弥补这些不足和缺陷。(2)整理和研究网格技术及其发展的最新成果,将网格技术与面向服务的架构(SOA)作了分析和比较。深入学习和研究了网格支撑技术OGSA体系架构、Web Service技术和GT4工具包等,并掌握了它们之间的关系,为后面建立森林防火辅助决策系统模型打下了坚实的基础。(3)将网格技术与森林防火辅助决策系统相结合,构建基于网格的森林防火辅助决策系统模型,并着重研究了该模型的体系结构以及各层的构建方法和工作机制,重点说明了空间数据共享机制和网格专家系统工作机制。(4)深入探讨了在实际开发过程中的软硬支撑环境和系统安全配置,最后说明了开发网格服务的一般方法,并以林火扑救策略的确定为例说明了FFP-GDSS工作的一般流程。目前国内外在林业领域应用网格技术的研究还处于起步阶段,目前还没有成功的范例,因此本课题的研究具有前瞻性、向导性、探索性。

【Abstract】 The forest resources’ continuous and stable development is the focus of the countries’ attention all over the world, and the defense and control of forest fire are also given more attentions. Along with the information technology’s effect upon the daily business which is for the prevention of forest fire became more and more remarkable, the forest fire prevention aided-decision system already became the essential tool in the daily forest fire prevention work. Therefore, the forest fire prevention organization must unceasingly use the new technology to research and develop the forest fire prevention aided-decision system which is more suitable for its own services’ request, strengthen the information sharing and the cooperation abilities, enhance the efficiency of work, adapt the forest fire prevention works’ requests in the information era, serve for the forest fire prevention routine work better.This paper take the work "Oriented-Digital Forestry Application software Key Technology Research" as the background which was supported by a grant from the key science and technology program of Heilongjiang Province, under the research background of digital forestry, the emerging grid technology will be introduced to the forest fire protection special study, according to actual situation, construct aided-decision system model for the forest fire prevention with the idea of oriented service, which devote to overcomes problems which exist in aided-decision system such as limit to resources sharing, back of the cooperation ability, costly for the system development, complexity of the maintenance. The main research contents of the article are as follows:(1) Set forth the background and the significance that the thesis studies, take current situation of Ta He county Forestry Administration in Heilongjiang province’fire prevention as point of penetration, analyze the requirements of function and data processing which is needed by fire prevention, find out the shortcomings and deficiencies which lie in the more successful forest fire prevention system, brought up the grid to solve these problems.(2) Gather materials on grid then study the grid and its recent developing achievements, analyzes and compares the grid with Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA). Study and research the fundamental technology such as OGSA, Web Service and Globus Toolkits version four (GT4), grasp the relationship between them, which aim to put down solid fund of building the model of the forest fire prevention aided-decision system.(3) Integrate grid into the forest fire prevention aided-decision system, and structure the model based on grid of the forest fire prevention aided-decision system. Focus its keys on architecture and each level’s building method and operating mechanism, emphasis on interpreting mechanism of spatial data sharing and expert system based on grid’s working theorem.(4) Probe deeply into the supporting environment of software and hardware and its system secure aspect’s configuration. Finally the article proposals a common method to build web services, and take drawing up a scheme to put out the forest fire as an example, explain the general procedures for Forest Fire Prevention Grid Decision Support System (FFP-GDSS) working.At present using the grid technology in forestry domain is at the start stage research, it does not have successful model, therefore this research is a foresightedness attempt, a guide of study and an exploration.
