【摘要】 我国经济的飞速发展,城市化的快速推进,居住小区的建设空前繁荣。当我们致力于解决居民住房需求进行居住小区设计与建设时,由于对居住小区中介空间设计缺乏重视与理论指导,使小区内各功能空间的过渡与衔接相互冲突,影响了每个功能空间的发挥和利用。本文正是基于此问题对居住小区中介空间设计进行研究。通过此研究力求健全居住小区中介空间设计的原则和方法,使设计工作向系统、完善、规范的方向发展,解决我国居住小区中介空间设计的问题和不足之处。本文首先对居住小区中介空间的概念给予界定,并对其特性、作用、构成进行了分类和研究。以居民从城市完全公共性空间到小区住宅内部完全私密性空间的过程为主线,将居住小区中介空间的整体构成分为居住小区出入口中介空间、居住小区街道广场中介空间、居住小区组团庭院中介空间、建筑边缘中介空间四个层级,并对每一层级中介空间的特点和要素(物质要素、人的要素、文化要素)进行分析。然后,通过现实居住小区的调查,对我国居住小区中介空间设计现状进行深入的分析研究,总结出其存在的几种典型问题,并有针对性的提出了居住小区中介空间设计的三个原则:提高中介空间“量”原则、考虑人的需求原则和表达特定文化氛围的三原则。最后根据现实居住小区中介空间设计中存在的问题和设计原则,对居住小区内各层级中介空间分别进行了设计探讨,为以后居住小区中介空间的设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid development of urbanization,the construction of residential quarters are unprecedented prosperity.When we committed to addressing the housing needs of the design and construction of residential quarters,because of the lack of attention and the oreical guidance of residential district intermediary space design,community function within the space of transition and convergence of mutual conflict.This study is based on the design of residential district intermediary space.Try to improve the residential district intermediary space design principles and methods.Through this study,make the development direction of design to systematic,perfect and normative.Solving the problems and deficiencies on residential district intermediary design of our country.Firstly,this paper defined the concept of residential district intermediary,and to its characteristic,the function,the constitution have carried on the classification and the research. Take the resident from the urban complete public space to the plot housing interior complete private space’s process as the master line,the whole constitution of residential district intermediary space to divide into residential access intermediary space,residential street square intermediary space,residential group garden intermediary space,the building edge intermediary space four levels.And carried on the analysis to each level intermediary space’s characteristic and the essential factor(material essential factor,person’s essential factor,cultural feature).Then through the reality the investigation of residential district intermediary space,conduct the thorough analytical study on present situation to our country of residential district intermediary space design,summarized several typical questions.Target-oriented proposed three principles on residential district intermediary space design;Enhance the intermediary space quantity the principle,consider person’s demand principle and express the specific cultural atmosphere.At last,occupies the question and the principle of design which according to the reality in the residential district intermediary space design exists,carry on the design discussion separately to occupied the various levels of residential district intermediary space,to provide the reference for the residential district intermediary space design later.更多还原
