基于Pro/TOOLKIT木工指接刀参数化系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 木工指接刀是加工指接材的专用刀具,其设计的优劣与指接材的加工质量息息相关。目前,我国大部分木工指接刀设计企业采用的仍然是二维设计,这已经不能满足用户的要求了。Pro/ENGINEER是机械行业运用最为广泛的三维设计软件之一,它所提供的FamilyTable、Pro/Programe、J-Link、Pro/TOOLKIT等方法为指接刀系统的设计提供了新的开发工具。本文对上述Pro/ENGINEER所提供的方法做了分析对比,并且对指接刀参数化设计系统的实现过程以及基本原理和关键技术进行了介绍。在Windows XP环境下,基于Pro/ENGINEER软件所提供的Pro/TOOLKIT组件,利用Visual C++6.0编程工具对指接刀参数化系统进行开发。本设计把刀具企业在指接刀设计过程中积累的大量数据资料融合到指接刀系统的设计过程中,通过把指接刀参数化系统挂靠在Pro/ENGINEER系统的主菜单和弹出式菜单来实现。本系统针对组合式、装配式、整体式三类指接刀进行建模。同系列指接刀的整体结构基本相同,其差别主要是在刀具角度、指距、齿数或刀片数量上。本系统运用参数化的设计思想对指接刀刀片进行自动建模,同时实现装配式指接刀中的相关附件和标准件的自动建模。本系统在指接刀设计过程中对刀片、组件和标准件的设计参数进行了检验和校合,避免设计者在设计过程中出现不符合设计规范以及国标要求等问题。利用数据库管理各类指接刀及其组件的相关参数,同时根据设计者的设计需要,在数据库中实现对相关参数的修改、添加、查询等操作。通过特定联接,使设计者、用户、厂家以及外界之间的通讯更加便捷。方便设计者们在指接刀设计方面的相互交流,以及用户和设计者之间的互动。本系统除了对三类不同结构的指接刀进行自动建模设计以外,同时根据组合式和装配式指接刀各组件之间的约束关系和Pro/TOOLKIT软件所提供的相关函数,对装配过程进行设计,防止组件间出现干涉。对装配式和组合式指接刀实现了自动装配,化简设计者在装配上的重复性工作,从而缩短设计周期,提高设计效率。
【Abstract】 The finger jointing cutter is the special tool which is used to machining the finger jointing wood.The quality of finger jointing cutters is relative to the wood products.Designing finger jointing cutters depends on 2D design,which can’t satisfy the request of consumers.Pro/ENGINEER is one of the widest soft wares using in mechanics.And it provides several methods to designing the cutter,for example,Family Table、Pro/Programe、J-Link、Pro/TOOLKIT and so on.The thesis analyzed the methods provided by Pro/ENGINEER and introduced the realization of the finger jointing cutter parametric design system and the rationale and the key technologies.Basing on the Windows XP system,it discussed the process of development of the finger jointing cutter parametric design system,using Pro/TOOLKIT and Visual C++6.0 programme tool.Lots of cutter companies accumulate a plenty of gold experience and data.We can put these data into the finger jointing cutter design process,then rely to the main menu and bomb menu of Pro/ENGINEER system.The system dissertated that the process of the automatic parts model on the similar series finger jointing cutter and the assembling process of the knockdown and the assembly finger jointing cutters.The differences are in the part of angles、distance between two teeth、or the number of sword pieces in the same series cutters and so on.So,we can use the parametric design method to design the finger jointing cutters.At the same time,the system realized to modeling the accessory and the standard.The system provided proof-test and checkout to the design parameter in the design process.It avoided disobeying the design rules and the GB,etc.This system realized managing the cutter parameters by database.At the same time,according to the requirement of the designers,it can add and amend the data in the database.Through the special link,It made the designers、consumers、companies and the outside communicate with each other more conveniently.It provided intercourse about the special knowledge on the finger jointing cutter between the designers and helped consumers to communicate with the designers.The system can model to three different kinds of finger jointing cutter.It also can assemble the knockdown and the assembly cutters by themselves and avoid intervening between the components,according to the constraint and the correlation function provided by Pro/TOOLKIT.It predigested the repeating work in assembling,and helped to shorting the design cycle,improving the design efficiency.
