优秀女子赛艇运动员运动训练的生化监控

【摘要】 研究目的是通过对安徽女子赛艇队队员进行系统的生化指标监控发现训练过程中指标的变化规律,对女子赛艇运动员进行系统的机能状态监控和重点训练课、力量训练的监控的研究。研究方法为每周一晨起时测试血常规、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶;每月末的星期一清晨取样测试睾酮、皮质醇监控队员机能状态的变化。统计训练量,运用心率、血乳酸、桨频、艇速、划距监控重点课。进行2000米最大运动能力和三级递增负荷测试,评价阶段训练的效果和队员的有氧能力的变化。研究的结果表明随着训练的进行队员的WBC值逐渐下降;经过亚高原训练RBC、Hb、HCT较上高原前增加,训练期间RDW变化不大。水上训练量增加,BU上升;陆上训练量减少CK下降。训练进行,水上训练量增加,T逐渐下降;C先下降后升高;T/C先升高后下降。核心力量训练与一般力量训练后次日晨CK较低。重点训练课负荷安排不同血乳酸、心率的变化也不同。2000米最大运动能力和三级递增负荷测试结果反映队员有氧能力增强。研究的结论如下:1女子赛艇运动员BU值的变化可以很好地反映水上训练量的变化;陆上训练量的变化可通过CK值的变化来反映。2女子赛艇运动员进行2000米模拟比赛,成绩越好运动后即刻的血乳酸值越高,提示可利用结束后即刻血乳酸值预测成绩。3女子赛艇运动员进行核心力量训练与一般力量训练后次日晨CK值较低,提示核心力量训练与一般力量训练对运动员的肌肉破坏小。
【Abstract】 The aim of study is to know the law of the female rowers’ indexes of biochemistry and physiology by testing in the training time,control the female rowers’ state of physiology and biochemistry,the important training lessons and the strength training.The method of the study is that in the training time,every Monday morning test the blood indexes,Bu,CK;in the end of every month,test T,C to control the female rowers’ state of physiology and biochemistry. Record the volume of the training;also use the polar watches,bla,the speed of gig to control the effect of the training important classes. At the beginning and end of the training time,use the tests of the maxim capability of the rowers’ locomotors in 2000 meters and three grades intensities by increasing by degrees to test the effect of the training time.The result of the study is that the value of WBC decreases during in the training time;after the training in the lower plateau,the value of RBC,Hb and HCT of the female rowers was increased.The value of RDW of the female rowers was changed little.The value of BU was increased by the increasing of the volume of the water training;the value of CK was decreased by the increasing of the volume of the land training.During the training time,the value of T was decreased by the increasing of the volume of the water training;the value of C was decreased first,then was increased;the value of T/C was increased first,then was decreased.The value of CK of the female rowers was low in the next morning after the core training and the strength training.In different training class, the change of HR and Bla was different.The 2000meters test and the three grades tests reflect the increase of the aerobic capability of the female rowers. The conclusions of the study are these:1.The change of BU can reflect the volume of the water training excatly; the change of CK can reflect the volume of the land training exactly. BU can be used to control the training volume in the water,CK can be used to control the training volume in the land.2.The level of the Bla was higher at last of the rowing in the fixed frequency in 2000m;the better the record of the rower,the more of the Bla of the female rowers at last of the simulation training.3.The value of CK was lower in the morning after the core training and the normal strength training.
