【摘要】 随着我国篮球运动的蓬勃发展,已经培养出了大批有丰富执教经验的篮球教练员,但是由于其岗位有限,出现了“相对过剩”的现象。近年来,我国大学生篮球联赛的规模正不断扩大,前景十分广阔,高校通过参加篮球联赛不仅可以提高自身的篮球水平,还能在社会中树立知名度。但是许多高校缺少具有丰富实战经验的高水平篮球教练员。高校篮球教师的主要工作是进行教学,在训练和管理高水平篮球队方面还存在着能力有限和实战经验不足等问题,这些因素将制约高校高水平篮球的发展。因此高校急需具有丰富实战经验的篮球教练员到高校执教。如何将篮球教练员引进高校执教,并促使高校篮球教师和篮球教练员在理论基础知识、实战能力等方面进行互补,使两者在岗位角色上相互转化,从而达到人力资源的优化配置,最终实现高校高水平篮球队水平全面的发展,这是本人进行研究的方向和主旨。本文将采用文献资料法、调查问卷法等方法,对高校体育部门领导、篮球教练员、高校篮球教师发放调查问卷,并通过分析和研究,得出以下结论:我国高校篮球教师和篮球教练员主要是通过体育专业院校和中国篮协举办教练员岗位培训的途径来完成的。体育院校培养出的篮球教师具有基础理论知识较扎实和教学能力较强的特点,但存在着篮球训练和实战指导能力不足等问题。通过篮协举办的教练员岗位培训出的篮球教练员具有丰富的经验和临场指挥能力,但存在着理论知识缺乏的缺点。篮球教练员和高校篮球教师根据工作性质的不同,他们的岗位角色也各有不同。篮球教练员主要扮演篮球训练、竞赛指导和与篮球队管理等角色,而高校篮球教师主要扮演篮球教学和科研等角色。篮球教练员和高校篮球教师岗位角色转换是社会与高校对篮球教练员人才整合和利用的需要,它可以弥补篮球教练员和高校篮球教师培养体系的不足,提高我国篮球运动的科学化水平,改善篮球教练员和高校篮球教师的能力结构。影响篮球教练员和高校篮球教师进行角色转换的主要因素是:高校对篮球项目支持力度的大小,工资待遇,大学生篮球联赛的地位,高校篮球训练的条件和环境,高校招聘篮球人才和管理制度以及高校篮球的商业价值等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large numbers of experienced coaches has been nurtured due to the development of the sport of basketball in our country.However,the limited posts of basketball coaches lead to the phenomenon of "comparatively overmuch" In recent years,the dimension of college basketball league matches in our country has been enlarged continuously and enjoys an expansive foreground.Attend in basketball league match, universities can not only improve the level of the sport but can also establish their social status.But,there is a shortage of high-leveled experienced basketball coaches in many universities.The main task of basketball teachers in universities is teaching,thus their limited abilities and experiences restrict them from training and administrating the team which would restrict the development of basketball in universities.Consequently,it is very necessary for universities to employ experienced basketball coaches.The direction and main idea of my research is to find out how to introduce those coaches into universities and promote the compliment of theoretic knowledge and the ability of actual combat between coaches and teachers,so that the transformation between the two can be promoted.Thereby,the collocation of the human resources could be optimized and that the basketball teams in universities can be developed roundly.Method of literature consultation,survey,and interview had been used in this research.Though analyzing the data collected from questions to people who are in charge of university physical education,basketball coaches and basketball teachers in universities,we can get conclusions as follows:Most of the basketball teachers of universities in China are nurtured by physical educational collages while most of the basketball coaches are nurtured by training classes which were conducted by Chinese basketball Association.Basketball teachers who were nurtured by physical schools master the basic theoretic knowledge and the skills of teaching but they are limited by lacking the experiences of actual competition.Comparatively,those basketball coaches who are nurtured by training classes have plenty of competition experiences and the ability of coaching in real competitions,but master less in basic basketball knowledge.The intrinsic difference between the work of basketball coaches and basketball coaches leads to their different posts.Basketball teachers are mainly in charge of basketball teaching and researching while basketball coaches are mainly in charge of training,competition guidance, and administration of the team.The rationalization of human resources in basketball coaches requires the transformation between the posts of basketball teachers and coaches which can alsofetch up the nurture system of the university basketball teachers,lead to the improvement of the basketball sport level in China, and meliorate the ability structure of basketball teachers and coaches in universities.The transformation is also required by the society.In addition,the transformation is even more viable considering that universities provide excellent environment for the development of basketball,the potential commercial value and a stable league system while the posts provide to coaches are very limited.The essential factors which affect the posts transformation between the basketball teachers and coaches contains:the supportive extent to the sport of basketball in universities,the payment of basketball coaches,the status of university basketball league system and the league match in the circle of Chinese basketball,the training environment and conditional factors of basketball in universities,the employ and administrate system and the commercial value of basketball in universities.An administrating organization which can simplify the transformation between basketball coaches and teachers is suggested to be established by both CBA and University Students’ Sport Association更多还原
