【摘要】 文化产业作为当代一种全新的财富创造方式,它是文化与经济高度融合的产物,它现在已发展壮大成为二十一世纪的一种崭新的产业形态。它不仅改变了人类文明的传承形式,而且对一个国家和地区的经济、政治和文化产生了深刻的影响,它已成为许多国家衡量经济增长的重要指标。在欧美等发达国家,文化产业无论是在产值、就业、出口贸易还是在增长速度等方面,它都己经成为国民经济的支柱产业和强劲的增长动力。为了适应文化经济时代的发展需要,世界各国都在致力优先发展文化产业。本文首先从理论层面分析了文化以及文化产业的概念、形态、特性、边界、结构和功能。,其次通过宏观角度描述大连文化经济发展的条件,从其文化经济独有的内涵和特征上分析大连发展的现状,阐述了未来大连发展文化经济的目标、思路和重点,并展望大连文化经济发展的前景,最终为大连市制定发展文化经济产业相关政策提供理论依据和决策参考。本文第一,二章在明确文化和文化产业概念及特征的基础上,概括了国内外文化产业的发展和研究现况。文中指出由于体制上的原因,中国长期以来实行“事业型”文化,改革开放后,逐步向“产业型”文化转变。因此中国关于文化产业的理论研究十分薄弱,应该加强这方面的研究。文化产业研究本身涉及众多学科,多学科交叉研究是其显著的特点,因而本文从文化学,经济学,地理学等学科理论角度对文化产业理论进行了初步探讨。本论文研究的意义是通过对文化产业基本理论的把握,进而分析大连文化产业的现状并提出发展策略。文章的第三章首先对大连特色文化进行了梳理,由于大连是沿海城市,特别突出了对大连海洋文化以及与海洋密切相关的文化产业的优势分析和点评。在第三章最后指出了近年来大连市文化产业的现状和问题,并从市场发育、投融资格局、产业布局等方面详细说明了所存在的具体问题。在第四章里,经过前三章的分析,本文提出了多方面多层次的政策性以及可操作强的具体建议,包括组建现代企业集团、打造拳头文化产品、拓展投融资渠道、提高文化产业的市场化运作水平、利用高科技实现大连文化产业的优化升级,以及制定扶持政策和措施等。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of contemporary brand-new wealth creative ways, the cultural industy is the deeply fused product of culture and economy. It has grown strongly into one brand-new industrial shape in the 21st century. It not only has changed the human civilization inheritance form, but had the profound influence on the natioal or local economy, politics and culture. It has become the important target which many nations economic growth. Regardless of the output value,the employment, the export trade and rate of rise, cultural industry has already become the pillar industry of natioal economy and the strong growth power in European and American developed countries. In order to meet the need of culture economy times, the various countries all are devoting to giving priority to developing the cultural industry.Based on concerning theories, this paper analyzes the concept, configuration, character, borders, structure and function of culture and cultural industry. In addition, from a macro perspective, this paper will describe conditions of cultural- economic development of Dalian. From its unique cultural and economic characteristics, this paper will analyze the status of the development of Dalian. It will also depict future goal, the way and emphasis of Dalian’s cultural and economic development. It will also forecast the prospect of economic and cultural development in Dalian. This will provide a theoretical basis for policy and decision-making reference for economic and cultural development of Dalian.Chapter 1 and chapter 2 sketch the development of domestic and overseas culture industry and the actualities. It points out the studies of culture industry in China are weak, and need strengthen the studies concerned, due to direct management from the government in a long history. Culture industry study is a multi-subject which is also its main characteristic. So this thesis discuss the theory of culture industry in terms of culture, economics, and geography, etc. Acknowledging of basic theory of culture industry, this thesis thoroughly analyzes the advantages and significant strategic meanings of developing Dalian culture industry. The chapter 3 introduces the culture feature of Dalian. Because Dalian is a coastal city, the author analyzes and evaluates the advantages of ocean culture and culture industry related from the ocean. At the end of the chapter 3 the author points out the current status and problems of Dalian culture industry, and made detailed narration on the problems from different aspects, such as market development, patterns of investment and financing, industry distribution, etc. In chapter 4, the thesis proposed many aspects and levels in deteails. It includes building modern company group, making outstanding culture products, expanding investment and financing channel, elevate the market operation ability in culture industry, realizing the upgrade and optimization of Dalian culture industry by utilizing high technology, and formulating supportive policies and measures.更多还原
