系杆拱桥力学特性与稳定性分析

【摘要】 系杆拱桥的优越性在于它突破了传统拱桥对墩、台和地基要求甚高的限制,且结构合理、造型美观、跨越能力强,是大跨度桥梁和美观桥梁的主要竞争者。随着超静定结构分析理论的发展、计算机计算技术及新材料、新工艺的应用和普及,系杆拱桥必将会得到更为广泛的应用。但由于系杆、拱肋、吊杆等主要构件材料和布置形式的多样性,系杆拱桥是一种结构形式极为丰富的桥式体系,对其结构力学特性的分析具有非常重要的现实意义。本文首先回顾了系杆拱桥的概念、特征、发展简史及现状。接着对系杆拱桥的结构体系及力学特征、稳定理论进行了系统的研究。最后结合一实际工程(张家口清水河工业南桥)的计算分析,对系杆拱桥的受力特点做了进一步的研究。本文主要内容如下:(1)结合系杆(梁)、拱肋和吊杆等系杆拱桥的主要组成部分的不同布置形式,从力学角度出发分析了不同结构体系系杆拱桥的力学特征。(2)研究了大跨度拱桥的稳定理论,包括面内稳定和面外稳定,稳定求解方法,非保向力效应,以及两类稳定问题的有限元分析,并对影响外展式系杆拱桥稳定的一些因素进行了探讨。(3)采用有限元分析软件MIDAS对清水河工业南桥进行成桥状态静力计算,得知车行道桥面系的受力情况是影响本桥结构安全与否的重要条件。可通过在车行道桥面系混凝土桥面板或车行道系杆中张拉预应力以防止混凝土桥面板的开裂,及优化车行道纵、横梁之间连结构造来增加桥面系受力的整体性,从而提高桥梁的承载能力。(4)采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对清水河工业南桥进行线弹性及弹塑性的稳定分析,并对影响结构稳定的参数进行了研究。该桥拱肋截面尺寸较大,具有足够的横向刚度,并且由于吊杆的非保向力效应,整体结构稳定性能较好;通过弹塑性稳定分析发现靠近端横梁处的小纵梁随着荷载增加最先出现塑性铰,是影响结构安全的重要因素。

【Abstract】 The advantage of tied-arch bridge is that it break the restrictions on the foundation,pier, abutment of traditional arch,and its reasonable structure,beautiful shape,great span ability,it is the main competitor of long-span bridges and beautiful bridge.With the development of the analysis theory of statically indeterminate structure,computer technology and new materials, new technology usage and penetration,tied arch bridge will be bound to a broader development.However,due to the diversity of materials and arrangement forms of tie bar, arch,hanger,tied-arch bridge is a rich change bridge structure system.Its mechanical properties analysis have a very important realistic significance.Firstly,the concept,characteristics,history and current situation of tied-arch bridge are reviewed.secondly,the structural system and mechanical characteristics,stability theory of tied-arch bridge are studied.finally,base on Gong Ye Nan Bridge on Zhang Jia Kou Qing Shui river’s calculation and analysis,the further study on stress characteristics of the tied-arch bridge have been done.the treated main items include as follows:(1) Combined with the different arrangement forms of tie bar(beam),arch and hanger, analyze the mechanical characteristics of different structure system of tied-arch bridge are analyzed from the mechanical point.(2) The stability theory of long span arch bridge are studied.It includes in-plane buckling and lateral buckling,solution methods of stability,non directional force effect,and finite element method analysis of two kinds stability problem.And The stability influencing factors of abduction type tied-arch bridge are discussed.(3) The static calculation of Gong Ye Nan Bridge in finished bridge state are calculated by the professional bridge program MIDAS.The result indicate that the force condition of carriageway floor system is the important influencing factors of structure’s security.The crack of concrete slab can be prevented by stretching the prestressed force in concrete slab or tie bar of carriageway floor system.The integrity of floor system can be improved by optimizing the connection structure between vertical and traverse beams of carriageway,by which the carrying capacity of bridge is increased.(4) The stability problem of Gong Ye Nan Bridge are calculated by the professional bridge program ANSYS.And parameters of Impacting on the stabity of structure are analyzed.The whole structure is of good stability because of big cross section of arch and the non directional force effect.Meanwhile,the results indicate that yielding failure occurs firstly at the longitudinal beam nearby the end cross beam with the increasing loads,which is important factors of influencing on the safety of the structure.
