某高压涡轮转子系统静强度及疲劳可靠性分析

【摘要】 端轴颈和轮盘是高压涡轮转子系统的关键部件,承受着复杂的循环热载荷及机械载荷,为了保证端轴颈和轮盘在使用期间的稳定性和可靠性,迫切需要对端轴颈和轮盘的静强度进行计算,并对其进行疲劳破坏分析。本文基于某项目的需要,对高压涡轮转子系统中的端轴颈和轮盘进行了静强度和疲劳可靠性研究。首先,根据厂方提供的模型图纸,使用PRO-E软件对此高压涡轮转子系统的实体模型进行绘制,包括高压涡轮叶片、涡轮轮盘、端轴颈及其连接件。由于模型的形状不规则,对其进行有限元网格划分容易出现包含奇异角的单元,这样会导致在计算过程中产生刚度矩阵奇异。为了能够顺利进行有限元计算并且不会造成计算结果不准确,本文对模型进行了适当的调整,以期能得到更好的有限元分析模型。然后,在MARC软件环境中,对高压涡轮转子系统的端轴颈和轮盘部件进行有限元计算。基于热弹塑性有限元和接触非线性有限元分析理论,对各个工作状态下的端轴颈和轮盘进行了受力分析、找出疲劳断裂危险点以及静强度校核。并且在修改了初始条件后对端轴颈和轮盘的危险点的应力应变温度情况进行了记录,为以后的可靠性分析做准备。最后,通过前述应力(应变)的分析计算结果和材料的疲劳特性,选用S-N曲线法对该高压涡轮转子系统进行了静强度和疲劳可靠度的计算。通过对此高压涡轮转子系统的强度计算和疲劳可靠性分析,得出的计算结果和提出的研究方法为提高端轴颈和轮盘的可靠性和延长工作寿命提供了一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The end journal and turbine disc which are the key components of high-pressure turbine rotor system work under the abominable conditions of high cyclic temperature and mechanical loads.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the end journal and turbine disc when they are in service,an accurate analysis of the static strength and fatigue reliability is needed in design.This thesis studies the reliability of the static and fatigue strengths of the end journal and turbine disc of a high-pressure turbine rotor system and obtains a satisfying result of the static strength and fatigue reliability.Firstly,we set up the solid model of the high-pressure turbine rotor system by PRO-E software,including the high-pressure turbine blades,the turbine disc,the end journal and the connectors.As a result of the irregular shape of the turbine rotor system,the elements containing the singular angle unit are generated easily when doing finite elements mesh.This will lead to the singular stiffness matrix in the process of calculation.In this paper,the model has been adjusted appropriately in order to make sure that the finite elements analysis is going well.Secondly,MARC software is employed to do finite element calculation on the end journal and turbine disc of high-pressure turbine rotor system.Based on the thermal elastic-plastic finite dement theory and non-linear contact finite dement analysis theory,the mechanical analysis is carried out for the end journal and turbine disc in all working states and the dangerous fatigue rupture points are found.In addition,the states of stress,strain and temperature of the dangerous points are recorded and prepared for the reliability analysis.Finally,depending on the stress-strain analysis results and the material’s fatigue characteristics,we select S-N curve method for the calculation of the static strength and fatigue reliability of high-pressure turbine rotor system.Through the analysis of the static strength and fatigue reliability of high-pressure turbine rotor system,this thesis provides a reference to improving the reliability and prolonging the fatigue life of the end journal and turbine disc.
