【摘要】 国内外新产品开发方面的理论研究和实证研究都很丰富,但是缺乏信息环境下新产品开发项目速度模式抉择方面的理论研究。本文以信息环境下新产品开发项目速度模式抉择这一新的切入点为研究对象,所做的创新工作主要有以下三方面:1.给出了新产品开发项目速度模式抉择的操作过程。将Cooper提出的新产品开发的13个阶段归结为5个阶段,重新定义了新产品开发项目生命周期曲线的函数形式,并提出了速度模式的量化表达式。构造了三级决策树,将预期收益值和决策者效用值相结合,进行速度模式的事态体辨优,以选择新产品开发项目的速度模式。2.明晰了新产品开发项目速度模式抉择的信息沟通机理。研究了影响新产品开发项目速度模式的信息沟通网络,构建了新产品开发项目组织内部和外部信息沟通的立体网络结构。在立体网络结构的基础上,定义了新产品开发项目组织信息沟通有效性的两个方面:时效性和质效性,并分别构造了新产品开发项目信息沟通的时效熵和质效熵,用于监控新产品开发项目信息沟通的有效性。3.构造了用于评价信息沟通有效性对速度模式抉择的影响指标。将对速度模式抉择的考察转化为对新产品开发项目投资绩效的考察,简化了对前者定量研究的难度。信息沟通有效性对速度模式抉择的影响研究就转化为预期投资绩效与实际投资绩效的差异程度研究。将信息沟通的时效熵、质效熵与Sharpe比指标相结合,构造了预期、实际投资绩效相对性指标,并将两者的比值作为速度模式抉择的评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 There have been plenty of basic and empirical researches on the new product development, both at home and abroad. The research on the selection of the pace mode of the new product development project in the information environment, which being new and scarce, is chosen as the object of this paper. The work is done mainly in three aspects:1. The operational process of the selection of the pace mode of the new product development is brought forth.The classical thirteen stages which was created by Cooper is reduced to five stages, so a new function of the new product development life cycle curve is given, and then the quantized expression of the pace mode is formed. By constructing a three-layer decision-making tree and combining the value of the expected income with the utility of the decision maker, the preference of the modes is determined.2. The mechanism of information communication in the selection of the pace mode of the new product development project is shown up.The information communication network which has effects on the selection of the pace mode is studied; and a tridimensional network structure of the inner and the exterior information communication of the new product development project is constructed. And based on the tridimensional network structure, the accuracy and the timeliness of the information communication is defined, and two indexes of the timeliness entropy and the accuracy entropy of the information communication are built, which can be used to monitor the validity of the information communication of the new product development project.3. The index using to evaluate the effect of the validity of information communication upon the pace mode selection is established.The study of the pace mode selection is transformed into the study of the investment performance, in order to predigest the quantization research of the former one. Then the inspection of the effect of the validity of information communication upon the pace mode selection can be transformed into the inspection of the expect investment performance and the real investment performance. By combining the two entropy indexes with the Sharpe ratio index, the expect investment performance index and the real investment performance index are constructed,and the ratio of these two indexes is defined as the index to evaluate the pace mode selection.更多还原
