【摘要】 美国和中国分别是世界上最大的发达国家和发展中国家,近年来中美经贸关系发展迅速,随着双边贸易额的增长双边贸易失衡问题也日益突出,双边经贸争端与摩擦时有发生。如何正确看待中美双边贸易平衡问题,在理论上给予客观的解释,在数据上做出科学分析,并在对策上追求合理的解决,关系到中美经贸关系全局的发展。本文从中美贸易失衡的现状入手,从贸易理论上分析失衡的原因,总结了中美贸易差额的近期研究成果。阐述了美中贸易差额的现状和特点,及其引发的争议和对双边经贸关系的影响,提出正确认识中美贸易的意义和重要性。在此基础上,论文使用了大量数据、图表和统计资料,通过严密的逻辑推理和大量的事实分析,从多方面论证了服务贸易数据未计入中美贸易额而给中美贸易统计数据的准确性带来的影响。本文主要按BOP口径(跨境服务贸易)和FATS口径(非跨境服务贸易)统计的服务贸易数据分别对中美贸易差额进行了重新估算,进一步验证了中美贸易差额统计存在很大偏差,已经不能真实的反映双边的经贸关系。最后针对文章的分析,结合中美贸易的情况,提供了解决中美双边贸易问题的新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 USA and China are the largest developed country and the largest developing country in the world respectively.In recent years,with the rapid developing of Bilateral economic and trade relations and increasing volume of trade,Bilateral imbalance is more outstanding day by day,thus resulting in frequent disputes and conflicts in economy and trade.How to treat Sino-US Trade Balance correctly, give it theoretic explanation objectively,analyze the data in a scientific way and take reasonable countermeasures to resolve it are essential to the development of Sino-US economic and trade relations.On the basis of analyzing the reasons for current Sino-US trade imbalance in theory,summarizing the recent research findings about it,illustrating its status and characteristic and so on,the author puts forward that understanding Sino-US trade correctly is of significance.In this dissertation,a large number of data, charts,diagrams and statistical information are used for rigorous logical reasoning;Then demonstrate the influence on accuracy of Sino-US trade statistical data from several aspects resulting from service trade data being not counted in it.Sino-US Trade imbalance are re-estimated in two ways,that is,cross-border service trade data(BOP) and non-cross-border service trade data(FATS) are counted in Sino-US Trade imbalance respectively.Through re-estimating this paper verifies the huge deviation of the Sino-US Trade,so it can not reflect the real bilateral trade relationship any more.Finally,combining with the situation of Sino-US Trade, this paper proposed new solutions to the trade problems between the USA and China.更多还原
