基于AutoCAD和ObjectARX桥梁钻孔桩基础CAD开发系统的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,CAD技术被广泛应用于桥梁建设领域,各种桥梁设计软件不断推陈出新。国内在桥梁桩基CAD软件的开发和应用方面也取得了一定的研究成果。但是这些软件大都存在不能即时修改、没有自动成图的缺陷。本文利用ObjectARX与MFC相结合,在分析桥梁钻孔桩基础设计及计算的基础上,采用了参数化设计与绘图的方法,设计了桥梁钻孔桩基础计算及二维配筋程序,使用户可以随时掌握钢筋的分布情况。实现工程实践中钢筋施工图。在程序开发方面,本文首先对桥梁钻孔桩基础的设计步骤进行了分析,然后针对工作量较大的工序进行重点分析,提出了模式化程序设计和计算方法,应用了参数化绘图技术,提高了绘图效率。总之,程序利用MFC与ObjectARX工具库相结合的编程方式,实现了对AutoCAD的二次开发。使用MFC对话框技术与ObiectARX的强大的图形对象操作功能相结合进行桥梁桩基础的参数化成图。该程序已经成为Windows系统下与AutoCAD实时紧密联系的应用软件,能实现桥梁桩基的计算、施工图,提高了工作效率和出图质量。最后,作者通过其在工程实例中的应用,证明了它的实用性与可行性,大大提高桥梁钻孔桩基础设计的效率和精度。同时根据它在实际应用中的不足,为今后更进一步的工作指明了方向。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, CAD technology has been widely used in bridge construction, and continues to bring new bridge designing software. A certain amount of research results have been acquired in the bridge foundation and the development of CAD software applications in our own country. However, there are some disadvantages with the software which can not be modified properly and not take form maps automaticly. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of bored pile foundation for bridge design and the calculation the author combine ObjectARX with MFC and take the measure of parametric design and drawing .The design of bored piles of the bridge and two-dimensional reinforcement procedures can make users known the distribution of reinforcement.The project working drawings of reinforced practice also can be realized.In the field of program development, this article first analysis the design steps of bored piles basement of the bridge.Then a model of program design and the method of calculating has been put forward through the analysis of a large amount of work for the process. The application of graphics technology improve the efficiency of the graphics. In short, the combination of MFC and ObjectARX programming approach make of the secondary development of AutoCAD realized. MFC’s dialogue technology and ObjectARX’s graphic object technology carried out the parameters of a bridge piling into figure. The program has become a software application which relate Windows system with AutoCAD intimately.It also can achieve the calculation and construction plans of bridge pile foundation, improving work efficiency and quality of the map.Finally, the author prove its utility and feasibility through applying it in project examples .It enhance the efficiency and accuracy for the design of bored pile foundation greatly. At the same time,the lack of practical application specify the right direction for further work. in the future.
