蚁群算法在专用车制造行业供应链组建系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着大规模高性能计算机的飞速发展,一系列新的计算方法,如演化算法、神经网络、免疫算法、蚁群算法等应运而生。它们不仅具有通用、稳键、简单、便于并行处理等优点,而且有望成为将数值计算与语义表达、形象思维等高级智能行为联系的桥梁。智能计算技术在人类的生产活动和日常生活中扮演着重要的角色,本文研究将蚁群优化算法应用于供应链管理领域。结合作者在汽车改装企业经营管理数字化应用示范平台项目中的开发工作,主要从以下几个方面对该专用车制造行业供应链的组建做了以下详细研究:(1)首先论述研究内容的目的和意义,阐述了供应链和供应链管理的意义,接着介绍了供应链组建的国内外研究状况,分析该领域中存在的问题和发展情况。(2)根据对我国专用汽车行业部分制造企业调查结果,对专用汽车行业概况、生产模式、供应链构成方面进行详细阐述,透彻的分析了专用汽车行业的特征,以及专用汽车制造企业在客户个性化需求和交货期敏感双重压力下面临的挑战。(3)对蚁群算法背景进行了介绍,描述了蚁群算法原理以及具体的求解过程。针对基本蚁群算法的缺点,对基本蚁群算法进行了改进策略的研究。(4)结合某专用汽车制造企业的实际情况,提出了基于供应链结构的战略合作伙伴的选择模型及基于吸引度的蚁群优化模型。(5)完成专用车制造行业供应链组建系统的设计,并且进行了原型开发测试,得出了有效的结论。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of large-scale high-performance computers, new calculation methods came into being, such as evolutionary algorithms, neural networks, immune algorithm, ant colony algorithm, etc. They not only have the generic, robust, simple, easy to parallel processing, and also is expected to become the numerical calculation with the semantic expression of advanced thinking in terms of images, such as a bridge between intelligent behavior. Intelligent Computing Technology in the production of human activities and daily life plays an important role. For this paper, ant colony optimization algorithm will be applied to the field of supply chain management.The author combines development work of the project into enterprise digital management application platform in the special vehicles, mainly from the following aspects of the special vehicle manufacturing industry supply chain to form a detailed study to do the following:(1) First of all, the study discusses the purpose and significance of the supply chain and supply chain management significance, followed by introduction of supply chain formation research at home and abroad, to analyze the field problems and developments.(2) According to the China-specific part of the automotive industry manufacturing surveys, the exclusive automotive industry overview, modes of production, supply chain aspects in detail, a thorough analysis of the special characteristics of the automotive industry, as well as the Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises in personalized customer needs and delivery under the dual pressure-sensitive challenges.(3) This chapter on the ant colony algorithm to carry out a background introduction, describes the principle of ant colony algorithm for solving a specific process. The basic ant colony algorithm for the disadvantage, improved strategy of the basic ant colony algorithm is researched.(4) Combination of a special vehicle manufacturing industry in the actual situation, based on the structure of supply chain strategic partner of choice model and based on the degree to attract the ant colony optimization model.(5) Completion of special vehicle manufacturing industry to form the supply chain system design, prototype development and testing carried out, to draw a valid conclusion.
