数字化焊机控制系统优化设计

【摘要】 随着焊接技术、控制技术以及计算机信息技术的发展,对于数字化焊机系统的研究己经成为热点,因此本文开展了对数字化IGBT逆变焊机控制系统优化设计的研究工作。数字化焊机系统的主电路采用能输出较大功率的IGBT全桥式逆变结构,控制系统采用DSP(TMS320F2808)为控制核心。在数字化电源控制系统中,DSP完成焊接实时参数的采集、PI运算和PWM波形的产生,从而控制IGBT的通断,组成了一个闭环控制系统,简化的电源控制系统硬件电路。在控制系统软件设计中采用了模块化的程序设计思想。在规划出整个主程序流程的基础上,把整个程序分为多个结构简单、功能明确的子程序来设计,从而大大降低了系统软件设计的复杂性,同时也使程序结构清晰、简单易懂。在数字化送丝系统中,以MOSFET实现送丝电机的功率驱动,DSP完成了送丝电机速度反馈的控制,模糊PI的运算和PWM波形的产生。采用了转速负反馈方式对送丝电机进行闭环控制,实现数字化送丝控制系统。通过对控制系统的各个功能模块进行软、硬件调试,控制系统得到了优化,系统响应速度变快,电路得到简化,系统软件较高效、可移植性好,送丝系统具有优良的静态和动态性能,达到了本设计的要求。

【Abstract】 With the developments of welding technique, control technology and information technology, the digital welding machine system is very popular to be researched. So, in this paper, the optimal design of the control system in digital IGBT inverter welding machine is studied. In the system of digital welding machine, IGBT full-bridge inverter structure is adopted in main circuits, and DSP (TMS320F2808) is adopted as the core of control system. DSP achieves the collection of real-time welding parameters, PI calculation and PWM generation, to control the on-off of IGBT, so, forms a closed-loop control system, and greatly simplifies the hardware of the power control circuit. The modular programs design method was adopted in the software design of the control system. On the base of the master program flow is planned, the whole program is divided into several simple and specific subprograms. Therefore, the software design of system is greatly simplified, and the program structure is clear and understandable.In the digital wire feeder system, MOSFET is used to drive the wire feeding motor, and DSP is used to complete the control of wire feeding motor speed feedback, PI calculation and the generation of PWM waveform。The speed negative feedback is adopted to achieve the closed-loop control of wire feed. Finally, the all-digital wire feeding system is implemented in this study. In the control system, The software and hardware of each functional module is debugged.The result of debugging shows the control system is greatly optimized, the system responses quickly, the circuit is simplified, the system software highly actives and has better portability, the wire feeding system has good static and dynamic performance. The requirements of this design are reached.
