基于Open L系统的虚拟植物生长可视化研究

【摘要】 虚拟植物生长可视化在现代农林生态研究中具有重要意义,而植物的形态发生模型和生理生态模型及其结合方式是本研究中的核心问题。论文首先在改进Open L系统的基础上,提出了植物生长可视化的四层模型;其次,以板蓝根为例,进行了植株器官的静态形态建模和单株植物动态建模,根据温度对板蓝根基生叶生长的影响关系建立了生理生态模型;最后,讨论了相应的原型系统设计和开发,结果表明该系统能较真实地模拟板蓝根基生叶生长阶段的生长,四层模型很好地解决了植物形态发生模型和生理生态模型的结合问题,具有一定的参考价值和实践意义。

【Abstract】 Visualization of virtual plants development is important to the research for agriculture and it has good foreground.It is a focal topic to combine morphologic model and physiological model.First,The betterment of open L system is discussed in this paper and based on it the whole model of virtual plants development is constructed which provide interface for the combination of morphologic model and physiological model.Then,the Isatis timctoria is taken as the research object and the morphologic models of its organs are discussed,and a simple physiological model is created which include the affection of temperature to base leaf of Isatis timctoria.At last,the design and implementation of prototype system is also discussed The results show that through the system plant growth effect can be simulated vividly,and the four layered model provide a good solution to the combination of morphologic model and physiological model.
