GIS中局部放电与SF6分解气体关系的试验研究

【摘要】 基于气体分析的GIS局部放电检测技术是当前研究的热点,GIS局部放电与SF6气体分解产物之间的关系是急需研究的重要问题之一。本文在实验室建立一套能够检测SF6分解气体的GIS局部放电研究平台,试验研究了3种典型局部放电缺陷产生SF6分解气体的种类和浓度随时间的变化关系、GIS局部放电严重程度对SF6气体分解的影响和GIS中气体压强对SF6气体分解的影响。试验结果表明:GIS中3种典型的局部放电类型都会产生SOF2+SO2、HF气体,随着局部放电时间的增加,气体中含SOF2+SO2、HF气体的浓度增加;随着局部放电严重程度的增加,在相同的加压时间下,SOF2+SO2、HF气体浓度上升;随着SF6气体压强的升高,SOF2+SO2、HF气体浓度下降。

【Abstract】 The detection technique for partial discharge based on SF6’s decomposition gases in GIS is a focus research subject recently,the relationship between partial discharge and SF6’s decomposition gases in GIS is one of the import research subjects.A GIS PD measuring system was established in our lab.This paper has researched the relationship between the three typical patterns of PD in GIS(the patterns include the protrusion on the high voltage conductor,high voltage conductor’s bad contacts and metal particles on the insulation spacers in the GIS) and the SF6’s decomposition gases; This paper has researched the relationship between the severity grade of partial discharge and the SF6’s decomposition gases;This paper has also researched the relationship between the SF6’s pressure and the SF6’s decomposition gases;The test results show that:The characteristic gas of partial discharge in GIS is SOF2+SO2and HF;The concentrations of SOF2+SO2 and HF have strong relationship with the severity grade of partial discharge;The pressure of SF6 has impact on the concentration of SOF2+SO2 and HF,the higher of the pressure,the lower of the concentrations of SOF2+SO2 and HF.
