旋转机械故障诊断实验专家系统

【摘要】 旋转机械是各种类型机械设备中数量最多、应用最广泛的一类机械,因此,快速、准确的诊断出旋转机械故障对设备的维护维修是极其重要的。而做为旋转机械中的转子系统更是故障容易发生的部分,如果一旦出现故障将给企业造成巨大的经济损失,因此,开展转子故障诊断专家系统研究具有重要的学术和经济意义。本文以旋转机械故障诊断实验中模拟出的几种典型故障为原型,参考专家解决故障时的思路,首先对转子的常见故障及其致因进行归纳总结。其次对专家系统构造技术进行研究,研究了故障知识的表示方法、可视化编程技术以及数据库技术,进而采用SQL2000和VC++语言进行知识数据库建立和推理机的编写,完善了旋转机械故障诊断实验专家系统。主要内容如下:(1)对旋转机械故障转子不平衡等典型故障的判断依据进行总结并进行实验模拟和数据分析。(2)应用SOL2000数据库中的表、规则及数据类型将已有数据分类搭建开放式数据库平台,为后续的数据结构完善提供扩展空间,并将实验数据及典型专家经验录入知识库和数据库做为对比数据。(3)应用Visual.C++编程语言成功开发专家系统的人机交互界面和推理机程序的编写,以混合推理算法编制推理机程序,提高推理准确度。(4)选取实际的故障实例,对系统的诊断推理功能进行验证。

【Abstract】 Rotating machinery is the most important part of various rotating machinery.and they are widely used.Therefore.accurate fault diagnosis of rotating machinery and maintenance of equipment is extremely important.rotor system is always the fault-prone part of rotating machinery.If any mechanical failure happens.the fault will result in huge economic losses.Therefore,to carry out rotor fault diagnosis expert system is of great academic and economic significance.First,this paper simulate the failure of several typical rotating machinery’s pototype and summarize the reason that result in problems. Second, this paper summarize some expert’s experience and study the Construction of Expert System and technology,Which Includes the problem of knowledge representation, visualization programming, and database programming techniques, and then using SQL2000 and VC + + language to establishment a knowledge database and inference engine of the development, which improve the rotating machinery fault experimental expert system for diagnosis. The details are as follows:1)Typical failure of rotating machinery, such as rotor imbalance was simulated in experiment ,summarized and analysed.2)By application which include form、rules and data type classification of data structures, The SQL2000 database will have an open database platform.So the follow-up data structure can be improved and it can provide enough room for expansion to entry the typical experimental data ,expert knowledge base and experience into the database as a comparison.3)The human-computer interaction expert system interface and inference engine of the expert system was successful developed by Visual.C + +.To increase the reasoning accuracy, hybrid Reasoning Algorithm is adopted.4)Select examples of actual failure to verify the diagnosis reasoning .
