【摘要】 本论文来源于蔡莉老师的国家自然基金项目——“基于资源观的新企业创建早期成长机理研究”。本论文研究内容属于创业导向与绩效之间关系研究的一个分支。研究创业导向的最主要的问题就是研究创业导向与企业绩效之间影响,而创业导向的三个维度(创新性、先动性、风险承担性)又独立影响企业绩效,由于内容过于复杂,本文只借助博弈论理论构建博弈模型从理论上分析了创业导向中先动性这一维度对企业绩效的影响,并运用“新创型中小企业调查问卷”调研所得数据,使用SPSS软件,运用因子分析和回归分析的统计分析方法,对先动性对企业绩效的影响进行验证,并得出了相关结论。论文在阅读了大量中外文献的基础上,首先探讨了研究的目的、意义及研究重点;接着,作者阐述了创业导向的内涵及其维度的划分,通过文献及研究对象——我国新创中小企业的特点,使用了米勒的创业导向三维度创新性、先行性和风险承担性作为本研究创业导向的维度;再次,作者通过构建博弈模型从理论上阐述先动性对企业绩效的影响并提出假设;最后,运用“创业调查问卷”调研所得到的数据,使用因子分析和回归分析的统计分析方法,对提出的假设进行验证,得到了相关结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since entering the 21st century, the entrepreneurship research of the scholars has increasingly become the new hot sector that the theory and practice community concern about. Entrepreneurship has been as an important factor of the socio-economic growth and development, while the research on entrepreneurial orientation has become one of the focuses of the study of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial orientation which has been seen as the unique tendency, attitude or pivotal culture identity of entrepreneurial enterprises has gradually become the core concept of entrepreneurial enterprises research. The research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurship performance has been a large number of cumulative research results with mature market economies in the West, compared with foreign research results and progress, the research on entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurship performance in China is still at the initial stage, and the relevant research results and research literature is very small. The current Chinese and foreign literature on entrepreneurship, the scholars’research on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance have focused on the entrepreneurial orientation as a whole to consider, but they did not consider in-depth how the various dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation to impact entrepreneurship performance respectively. This paper hopes to start a dimension of entrepreneurial orientation -- proactiveness to carry out a theoretical study, to analyze the impact of proactiveness on entrepreneurship performance using the relevant theory of game theory, to provide guiding significance to the development of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in China.The paper is from the National Natural Science Foundation project of a teacher Cai Li --"the new enterprise creation resource-based and research of the early growth mechanism".The research content in this paper belong to a branch of relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance, that is, a dimension of entrepreneurial orientation - the research on relationship between proactiveness and the research performance. At present, the most important issue of research on entrepreneurial orientation is the impact between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance, and the three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation (innovativeness, proactiveness、risk--taking) can also affect the enterprise performance alone, Lumpkin & Dess (1996) have proved that the various dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation are independent of each other through the qualitative analysis. Because research on the impact of proactiveness, innovativeness and risk--taking on the enterprise performance separately, which is very complex in the content and process, the author is limited at the time and energy, so this paper build game models only with the game theory, to analyze the impact of proactiveness—a dimension of entrepreneurial orientation to enterprise performance in theory and draw the appropriate conclusions. The research method of this paper has two main areas: on the one hand is the combination of theory research and empirical research, this paper not only design and research the issue of " the impact of proactiveness on the performance " by theoretical model, and take the science and technology enterprises in China as the object to research empirically, to verify the correctness of theoretical models, so the theory and empirical support and complement to each other; on the other hand is the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, this paper not only analyze the relationship between proactiveness and enterprise performance qualitative, but also by the quantitative analysis method, describe and analyze the objects through the establishment of evaluation index system and quantitative evaluation means.The main content of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first two chapters are the theory basis, Chapter III and Chapter IV is the core of this paper, the Chapter V is the conclusion of this paper. The specific content of this paper are as follows:Chapter I is the introduction part of this paper. This section describes the research purpose, research significance, research method, the framework of the main contents, as well as innovation of this paper.Chapter II is the theoretical overview of the paper. This chapter reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’research on entrepreneurial orientation and proactiveness in the dimension, the connotation of enterprise performance, the basic concepts of game theory and the relevant theory introduction. Chapter III is theoretical analysis part of this paper. This chapter combines with the purpose of this paper on the basis of model building of previous scholars, analyzed and discussed the impact of proactiveness on enterprise performance as well as the regulatory role of resources to the relationship between proactiveness and enterprise performance, and in accordance with the results discussed provides the causal assumptions.Chapter IV is the empirical analysis of the impact proactiveness on the enterprise performance. The author uses "questionnaire innovative small and medium-sized enterprise to obtain the study data in this chapter, using SPSS software, uses statistical analysis methods of factor analysis and regression analysis, to verify the impact of the proactiveness on enterprise performance and the impact of resources as a regulation variable on the relationship between proactiveness and enterprise performance and draws the relevant conclusions.Chapter V is the conclusions and outlook. The author in this chapter summarizes the research emphasis and research conclusion of preceding chapters and makes an outlook on the follow-up study.The basic conclusion in this paper is: proactiveness has a positive regulation role to the current performance, future performance as well as the overall performance of enterprises,The resource as a regulation variable adjusts the relationship between proactiveness and enterprise performance. Although the enterprise performance is divided into the current and future performance, the regulatory role of the resources is not significant, and does not pass the test, the regulating role of the resources to the overall performance is still very evident.更多还原
