【摘要】 本文探索在烟草企业的管理流程中,制约并阻碍企业快速发展的现状,引出流程再造思想。论文首先应用以生产流程为主的烟草企业业务流程图表来分析其制约发展因素,分析了ERP与MES在业务流程再造中的作用。以某A、B两家烟草企业为例,其实现合并重组后,与新成立的中心公司发生异地的业务往来。本论文利用业务流程再造思想及ERP与MES理论在企业做需求分析,为其进行流程重新设计。基于ERP与MES,以各项系统功能集成的图、表、文字,说明业务流程的转变,阐明ERP与MES两者共同为企业提供一个完整的企业信息化体系,实现横向覆盖产、供、销以及财务、人事、设备维护等各个环节,纵向支持从底层的生产设备、生产线及物料控制系统,一直向上延伸到企业的最高决策层。在本文中,详尽论述了ERP与MES在实际管理活动中的划分与集成。两者相结合在管理流程中的应用,解决在整体的管理流程中存在的制约发展的问题,成为异地的烟草企业重组后总公司与各分厂实现业务管理信息化的主要手段,是高集成度的信息化系统。有效的集成将实现企业物流、资金流、信息流进行一体化管理,实现企业业务畅通、管理高效、降低成本,使合并重组后的烟草企业得到快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s tobacco industry has entered a new stage of development, facing a new situation and new tasks, challenges and opportunities coexist. To achieve the safe development, saving development and sustainable development, the joint and reorganization of the tobacco companies begun quickly. The number of tobacco manufacturing enterprises into companies or groups in order to improve their own competitiveness, only to find ways to eliminate the waste of resources, slow transmission of information, office complex and higher working capital costs and others negative factors, strengthen management, continuous innovation in order to truly enhance the overall competitiveness and to achieve the fast and good common developmentIn this paper, the back ground of research process and business process and related theoretical and practical research. And start from a practical point of view, apply tobacco companies business process diagrams to analyze the constraints of development, in the tobacco companies management process, explored the constraints and impeded the status of enterprises rapid development, lead process reengineering thinking. Set forth the relation of process reengineering and information system, demonstrate the premise and necessary condition of BPR is of the information technology in the process or a wide range application of information in enterprises.To modern information technology, pull advanced management concepts and methods into the management process, improve management efficiency and level, promote management innovation. Increase the level of information, the application of enterprise resource plan (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES) are the core of the building. It helps enterprises to decision-making quickly and correctly, then make businesses to operate efficiently and achieve better and faster development.The management process is the transformation object, management information system is the technology platform, give the business management processes fundamental thinking and analysis, result in a more valuable result, as a management process to achieve a complete re-design in order to obtain performance great improvement.To a certain A, B the two tobacco companies as an example, after the realization of the merger and the reorganization, business different places with the new center company. In the overall management process, there are factors that hinder their development. In this paper, use the production process as an example to business process analysis. The inconvenience of its location determines the production and operation of companies data is scattered in different business segments, the lack of a unified means to access these data, but also the lack of a unified platform to showcase the results of data analysis, and naturally can not for the enterprise decision-makers provide a unified view of enterprise data, more talk about scientific decision-making and effective execution. The main companies do information construction is imperative, and to achieve system integration, resource allocation and information sharing. Build corporate data center, achieve data integration and information sharing.Based on the ERP and MES, re-design and analysis of process for the tobacco companies. Enterprise-wide information system building, its main purpose is to help enterprises quickly correct decisions. Resource management systems of ERP and enterprise is the highest level of whole information systems, which deals with the enterprise-class services, the need of business people, financial, and material information, but also the amount of information more and complex. MES is in the implementation layer between planning layer and shop layer system of operational control (SFC), through the control all plant resources including materials, equipment, personnel, process instructions and facilities to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness, provide real-time data for other application system control layer. In the paper, described in detail based on the functions integration of the application system in the process reengineering of the ERP and MES.Enterprise Resource Plan System (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES) provide a complete enterprise information system for the enterprises, horizontal covering production, supply, marketing, as well as financial, personnel, equipment maintenance and other aspects, vertical support the production equipment, production line and material control systems from the bottom, extend upward to the highest decision-making level of enterprises.MES system production capacity, production scheduling, production performance issues, ERP system solve the problem of the production definition through the integration and synergy between the two, enterprises achieve all cigarette production process management, control function from raw materials to tobacco products, can cover silk workshops, volume package workshop, production scheduling, quality management, technology center, information center and other operations.Establish a unified information management platform, to achieve centralized management of core business, namely, unified financial, unified logistics, unified sales, unified production planning, united R & D to increase control capability of multi-point production; build data center, achieve system integration, resource integration, information sharing, achieve interoperability information with the commercial companies of The State Council; introduce modern business management ideas, concepts, optimize business process, enhance the enterprise management level.ERP, MES is the core of information building, but also the main mean of the Tobacco Corporation in different places after restructuring and the branch business achieving the business management, is a high level of integration information systems.
