【摘要】 20世纪90年代初,世界航空工业进行了大规模的行业整合,向更加专业化、集成化、集团化及国际化方向发展,显示出强有力的竞争力。研究对象却因多元化经营导致核心竞争力不足,本文目的就是帮助其培育核心竞争力。本文主要采用核心竞争力理论、价值链理论、SWOT分析法、比较分析法对研究对象QA公司进行研究。首先对其竞争力存在问题及原因进行分析,指出QA公司产业结构存在重大缺陷,主业不主、富业不富,产业之间缺乏相互支撑的弱点,进而得出盲目无相关多元化、公司创新能力不足、整体装备制造能力不足是其竞争力不足的主要原因;其次,在分析其产业基础上确定了其核心竞争力:做具有国际竞争力的操纵装置和传动器领域的机载制造商,重点提升和加强机载技术研发能力、核心制造能力、系统集成能力、仿真与试验验证能力,努力在以操纵装置和传动器、作动筒为主的机载技术上取得突破,再逐步形成相关多元产业发展模式,即形成以军用机载技术科研生产为核心,将相关技术应用到民用机载、国际转包生产产业发展模式,形成QA公司核心竞争力;第三指出核心竞争力的培育路径:一通过专业化整合实现价值链的重构、再造和优化:二是资源的集中;三是加强创新管理,努力在关键产品和关键技术上取得突破,形成核心竞争力;最后提出QA公司核心竞争力培育设想及实施。本文不仅为QA公司提供了一个提高其竞争优势的方案,也为多元化公司提供解决其竞争优势提供了解决问题的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of 90’s in 20 centuries, aviation industry carried on large-scale profession integration, to more professional turn, the integration turn and internationalize the direction development, displaying a powerful competition ability. Research object core competencies is not enough because of diversified management, this text purpose is to help it to grow core competencies.This text analyses QA Co .LTD to carry on a research by core competencies theories, value chain theories, the SWOT analysis method, more analytical method. First, find out the competition ability existence problem and reason, then get a blindness to have no related diversification, company creative ability shortage, whole material manufacturing ability the shortage is its competition ability shortage of main reason. Second, Made sure its core competencies on analytical its industry foundation : The machine that does to have an international competition ability to manipulate to equip and spreads to move the machine realm carries manufactory, the point promote and strengthens machine to carry a technique development ability, the core manufacturing ability, the system integration ability and imitate really with experiment the verification ability, work hard at with manipulate to equip and spread to move a machine and make to move a tube for lord of the machine carry a technique up obtain breakthrough, become the related and diverse industry development mode gradually again, then become the Israel army carry the technique research production as core with the machine, applying to related technique the public machine carry, the nations outsource production industry to develop mode.
