信息管理与信息系统专业课程体系设置研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的迅速发展和信息系统在生产、生活、商务活动中的广泛应用,信息资源的组织、管理、运用日益重要,信息管理与信息系统作为一个独立的学科取得了迅速的发展。我国高等学校信息管理与信息系统专业领域的科研、教学、应用等方面都取得了长足的进步,培养了一大批优秀的技术和管理人才。目前,国内已有400多所高校开设了信息管理与信息系统(简称信管)本科专业,由于信管专业是由管理信息系统、经济信息管理、信息学、科技信息和林业信息管理5个专业在1998年国家专业目录调整时统一名称得来的,故在同一专业名称下各高校的课程设置有较大的差异。由此,各高校信息管理与信息系统本科专业的培养目标、培养方案有着很大的区别,但社会对信管人才又有着十分明确的要求,因此,专业定位问题及由此带来的课程设置问题,极大地影响了本专业的良性发展和本专业优势的确立以及学科的准确定位。本文在对信管专业的培养目标、发展方向、课程结构、发展趋势等进行了系统归纳和总结的基础上,通过对174个用人单位进行的信管专业社会需求调查,对社会对信管专业的认识和评价、信息专业人才需求状况、影响社会对信管专业人才需求的主要因素等进行了深入分析,认为国内信管专业教育存在着理论实践结合不够、专业定位尚需明确、专业知名度不高、课程设置不尽合理和现代信息技术运用不充分等问题。在此调查结果的指导下,本文选取了国内不同层次的30所高校,对其信息管理与信息系统专业课程设置相关数据进行了分类汇总与分析,通过分析,得出信息管理与信息系统专业课程体系中学科基础课和专业课设置的基本特征。根据上述社会需求调查结果与课程设置现状的对比分析,本文提出了信管专业课程设置优化的若干建议。本文主要的创新工作体现在以下两个方面:(1)在研究内容方面,本文根据调查数据研究了信管专业人才培养目标、培养要求和素质要求等相关因素,总结归纳出信管专业课程设置的主要特征,并与课程设置现状进行对比分析,提出了信管专业课程体系设置的建议;(2)在研究方法方面,本文从专业内部课程设置和外部社会需求状况两个方面分别设计了调研方案和数据处理方案,两种方法结合运用、互相补充,对实现研究目标、保证研究结果的科学性,具有重要的方法论意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and the extensive applications of information system in the fields of human being’s life and production and business activity, Information Management and Information System (IM&IS), as an independent discipline, has developed very quickly. Meanwhile, university teaching and scientific research in IM&IS has been growing very fast, so a lot of excellent students majoring in IM&IS graduated with information technology and management knowledge.According to statistics, nowadays, more than 400 universities in China have IM&IS discipline. In 1998, with the merge of the university majors’category, IM&IS discipline came into being from the following majors, Management Information System, Economic Information Management, Informatics, Science & Technology Information Management and Information Management of Forest, which makes the curriculum design of IM&IS in respective university distinct. Moreover, this affects the establishing of the advantage of IM&IS major.This dissertation summed up several aspects of IM&IS discipline, such as the aim of training, the direction of training, curriculum structure and development trend etc. Through investigating in the professional social demand in 174 employing units, this dissertation analyzed following aspects concerning IM&IS discipline : the society’s understanding and appraisal to IM&IS discipline, the social demand for IM&IS students, the factors which will influence the social demand for IM&IS students etc. Then it find several demerits as following: Firstly, the domestic education of IM&IS discipline didn’t combine theories with practices. Secondly, specialty orientation of IM&IS discipline should be clear. Thirdly, the degree of popularity of IM&IS discipline isn’t high enough. Finally, the course design of IM&IS discipline is unreasonable and the use of modern information technology is insufficient.Under the guidance of this investigation result, this dissertation selected 30 different levels domestic universities, have classified sum and analyzed these information which include the curriculum design of IM&IS discipline. Through analyzing, this dissertation obtain the essential feature of basic course and specialized course of IM&IS discipline. Through analyzing the social demand for IM&IS discipline and curriculum design of IM&IS discipline, this dissertation put forward several suggestions optimized in curriculum design of IM&IS discipline. The main innovations of this dissertation as follow:Firstly, for the research content, this dissertation summarized the analysis of IM&IS majors curriculum system. With the help of inquisitional data, the author analyzes the factors in IM&IS majors training. The factors contain the aim of training, the demand of training and diathesis requirement. The author put forward a new IM&IS curriculum design pattern according to the basic principle of curriculum design.Secondly, for the research approach, this dissertation has designed the investigation scheme and data processing scheme according to the demand from professional internal curriculum design and external social demand respectively. Finally the two kinds of methods are combined and influence each other. Then the result of study has important methodology significance in realizing the goal in research and guaranteeing the result truly.
