基于MODIS数据的阿勒泰蝗区植被长势及植被与蝗虫的关系研究

【摘要】 草地蝗虫是危害新疆广大草原地区的主要害虫之一。根据草地蝗虫生长发育和繁殖的生物学特性及对蝗灾进行早期监测和预警的需要,利用遥感技术研究蝗虫生境各要素就显得尤为重要。植被是蝗虫生境中的重要组成部分之一,既是蝗虫的寄主,又是其栖息场所。因此,对蝗区植被进行研究,具有重要理论意义和实践价值。本研究以新疆蝗灾常年严重发生的阿勒泰蝗区为研究区域,利用MODIS-NDVI(空间分辨率250 m)遥感数据对蝗区植被长势变化及相关信息进行了研究,主要内容和结论如下:1.运用MODIS归一化差异植被指数NDVI对阿勒泰蝗区2000~2006年生长季节(5~8月)植被长势变化进行监测。结果表明:阿勒泰地区哈巴河、吉木乃、青河和富蕴4个主要蝗区NDVI植被指数有一定的时空分布规律,生长季节(5~8月)NDVI介于0.25~0.55之间。大多年份7月植被长势最好,且依据MODIS-NDVI,从2000至2006年,研究区域植被长势有增加的趋势。4个典型蝗区中,根据NDVI,位于阿勒泰西部的哈巴河蝗区的植被长势好于其它3个蝗区。2.借助MODIS-NDVI遥感数据和气象数据对哈巴河和青河蝗区2000~2006年植被长势与气候因子的关系进行了研究。结果表明:两个蝗区内植被长势均与当地气温和降水有显著关系,其中湿润地区降水量与植被长势的相关性小于干旱地区。3.在2006~2007年实地调查的基础上,研究了植被长势、植被类型、植被盖度和高度与蝗虫的关系。结果显示:蝗虫的发生与植被长势变化具有同步性。蝗虫主要发生在山地荒漠草原、山地草原和平原草地。植被覆盖度50%~60%的草地是蝗虫的易发生地区。植被高度与蝗虫密度之间没有明显关系。
【Abstract】 Grasshoppers has been a serious problem in Xinjiang grasslands.According to its ecological features,studying the habitat of grasshoppers using remote sensing technology is an important research project for early warning.Vegetation is not only food but also habitat of grasshoppers.Therefore,the study of vegetation in grasshoppers plague areas would be great important and valuable to set up models of grasshoppers plague forecast and prevention.In this paper,grasshopper plague areas in Aletai where grasshoppers break out frequently have been chosed as the study sites based on MODIS-NDVI with 250m spatial resolution.The main results are as follows:1.Using MODIS-NDVI data,vegetation growth dynamic in the grasshoppers plague areas in Aletai grassland from 2000 to 2006 are analyzed. Results show that the NDVI of the four grasshoppers plague areas in growth period has spatio-temporal patterns.The average monthly NDVI is varied from 0.25 to 0.55 from May to August. The monthly variations of the NDVI are very remarkable. Vegetation growth is best in July in most yesrs. The character of vegetation change showed that the vegetation growth in this area is becoming better in the recent seven years. Vegetation growth in Habahe is better than others.2. By means of the MODIS-NDVI and climatic data set in Aletai from 2000 to 2006, the correlation of NDVI with climate factors are analyzed in Habahe and Qinghe in this paper. The analysis shows that air temperature and precipitation are significantly correlative with vegetation growth, which influences NDVI. And precipitation was not strong correlation relatively with Vegetation growth in humid areas than arid areas.3. Based on the investigated data collected during 2006~2007, this paper discusses the relationship between the vegetation with grasshoppers in the grasshoppers plague areas. Results indicate: grasshoppers plague was strong correlation relatively with Vegetation growth.Grasshoppers is mainly distributed in mountain desert grasslands, mountain grasslands and plain grasslands. Vegetation coverage for high-density grasshoppers is between 50%~60%. And there is no notable correlation relatively between vegetation height and grasshopper density.
