【摘要】 在这个多元文化并存与发展的时代,作为当代艺术形式之一的纤维艺术以其丰富的材料、多样的空间形态、强烈的视觉语言受到世人瞩目。它关注所用材料的表达方式的变化;它从物质世界向精神世界不断延伸;它借助外部形态,对材料潜在的文化内涵不断挖掘;它力求美感的发现和创造,通过艺术表现形式的实践,以多元综合来重构当代艺术的视觉张力;它内涵丰富,形式多样,层次鲜明,释放出勃勃生机和强大的生命活力。从一系列国际、国内的大型展览中,如:北京国际美术双年展、韩国清州国际工艺双年展、“从洛桑到北京”国际纤维艺术双年展、全国美展和中国现代工艺美术作品展,我们看到了越来越多的纤维艺术作品从平面到空间,从雕塑到装置,从静态到动态,从表现到观念,创造了异彩纷呈的艺术世界;我们充分体会到利用各种属性的材料所赋予纤维艺术的全新视觉和触觉感受。当代纤维艺术的发展证明了材料之于艺术的拓展空间是无限的。本文通过笔者的创作案例,阐述材料的发现,构思方案的形成,作品的制作,总结创作中的经验,探讨材料与观念的相互关系等问题,为艺术创作和实践教学提供借鉴和参考。对发掘当代纤维艺术的精神内涵,开发艺术语言的潜能,多元综合促进多学科、多媒介的渗透融合;探究材料表现在纤维艺术中所体现出的文化价值具有一定的积极意义。更多还原
