【摘要】 旅游开发是一项综合性的社会和技术经济活动。近年来,随着旅游业的迅猛发展,各地兴起了旅游开发的热潮。但是,不少地方在旅游开发过程中出现了很多问题,造成了不少的损失。有鉴于此,本文根据现代项目管理的项目论证与评估的基本原理,遵循项目论证与评估的一般过程,结合旅游开发项目的特点及具体情况,采用科学的方法,对旅游开发项目进行充分、全面的论证和评估,以确定旅游开发项目是否可行。本文首先从旅游开发可行性研究的概念入手,探讨了旅游开发可行性研究的主要内容,归纳出旅游开发可行性研究的步骤,阐述了进行可行性研究的重要现实意义。其次以大青山生态旅游休闲度假区这一具体的旅游开发项目为典型案例,对该项目内外经营环境做了详细探讨,并结合SWOT分析和市场定位,对项目的可行性与开发经营策划提出初步意见。最后对该项目进行了市场分析与建设规模、场址选择、技术评价、财务评价和社会经济评价以及风险分析等多方面的分析论证。本文通过对开发项目进行原始资料收集、实际调研、数据分析的研究基础上,采用理论与实践、定量与定性相结合的方法对大青山生态旅游休闲度假区这一项目进行了归纳总结,得出了该项目不仅必要而且可行的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism development is a comprehensive activity of sociality and the technological economy. Recently, it has been given great attention with increasing demand of tourism in our country. However, there were still many problems which caused great loss in the course of tourism development. On account of this, the thesis has demonstrated and evaluated a project of tourism development fully and roundly for finding out the feasibility of the tourism development, on the basis of the basic principles of project demonstration and evaluation in modern project management, combinating with the character of tourism development and actual circumstances.Firstly, this paper start with definition of the tourism development, discussing the main contents and common process of feasibility of the tourism development. Meanwhile, expounding the practical significance of feasibility study.Secondly, we did the case analysis about the Ecotourism feasibility study of Daqingshan in Inner Mongolia, giving the Preliminary opinion to the feasibility and management plan, according to the analysis of development and management environment, along with SWOT and market localization.Lastly, the extensive analysis and demonstrations of construction scope, site choosing, technology evaluation, financial evaluation, social assessment and risk on this development project.The paper has concluded that it is necessary and feasible to carry out this project.
