数字化校园及关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着计算机软件技术、网络技术的发展和全国高等学校“数字化校园”工作的不断推进,现代信息技术在各高校推进素质教育、提高教学质量、培养创造性人才等方面发挥着及其重要的作用。经过长时间的信息化建设,目前许多学校内部都已形成多个业务子系统,主要包括:教务管理信息系统、学生管理信息系统、科研管理系统、人事管理系统、财务管理系统等。各系统的业务逻辑不同,而且在数据库的建设上没有遵循统一的标准。同时这些系统之间又需要进行数据交换,例如:财务系统需要从人事系统获取人事信息教务系统还要为人事系统提供教师授课信息,同时还要从人事系统获取教职工的基本信息等等。大量信息重复的在不同业务系统中出现,而各个业务系统又在不断的更新各自需要修改的部分数据,这样就造成了各个业务系统间数据的不一致。这样随着时间的推移和技术的进步,就形成了一系列的信息孤岛,但是,分散的数据之间又往往存在着千丝万缕的联系,所以系统间数据交换的需求已经越来越强烈,同时也迫在眉睫。而数据集成技术可以把各个应用程序集成为一个无缝整体。利用数据集成技术将高校内已有系统集成是提升高校内部系统、达成高校目标和增强高校竞争力的重要手段,也是当前计算机应用的发展趋势之一。于是企业应用集成(EAI)技术发挥了他的作用,在异构系统之间共享和交换数据来实现业务功能的无缝集成:XML提供了一个真正开放的、定义良好的中间数据格式;能开发能够动态地处理网络上任何结构化或非结构化的数掘。

【Abstract】 With ceaseless advance on computer software technology, internet technology and the program of digital campus in worldwide colleges and universities, modern information and technology make great importance on advancing education for all around development, promoting teaching quality and cultivating creative talents, etc.After a long time construction of information technology, many colleges and universities have formed several sub-system, including educational administrative information system, student managing information system, scientific research information, personnel managing information system, accounting information system, etc. There exist logistic differences in these sub-systems. but there also are data exchange in them . For example, accounting system needs to get personnel information from personnel system. Educational administrative system needs to provide teaching information for personnel system and get basic information of teaching and administrative staff from personnel system, etc. A lot of information repetition appears in different professional systems and each system constantly updates some of their data that result in data difference in all of the professional system. With the advance of time and technology, it forms a series of information isolation as an isolated island. But there is countless ties in such scattered data. So data exchange in these systems becomes more and more desirable and extremely urgent.Data integration technology can integrate all of the application programs into a seamless entirety. So EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) is a seamless integration which can let different system share and exchange data to fulfill their own professional function. XML provide a truly opened and well defined inter data form. The combination of XML technology can explore programs that can deal with any structural and unstructured data dynamically.
