S50MC柴油机典型摩擦副磨合磨损模拟试验研究

【摘要】 磨损是柴油机零部件最主要、最常见的失效形式之一。气缸套.活塞环、曲轴颈.轴瓦是柴油机中重要的摩擦副,由于该摩擦副的工作条件恶劣,运行工况、环境、受力状态、运行方式等复杂多变,很容易发生异常磨损失效,不仅缩短了其使用寿命,甚至还可能由此造成巨大的经济损失。因此,这两组摩擦副性能的研究被列为世界摩擦学难题之中,100多年来一直被柴油机研究者所关注。本文针对S50MC船用柴油机气缸套-活塞环、曲轴颈-轴瓦磨合期的摩擦、磨损、润滑问题,设计并进行了实验室模拟试验。应用摩擦系数、磨损失重、表面形貌、油液分析等方法研究摩擦副的摩擦学特性,深入探讨了在磨合期内不同润滑方式定载荷条件下气缸套。活塞环的摩擦磨损性能、不同磨合油对其磨合过程的影响,以及不同试验力对曲轴颈-AlSn40合金轴瓦磨损性能的影响。研究表明本文采用的多种分析方法综合评定气缸套-活塞环与曲轴颈-轴瓦摩擦磨损及润滑过程具有一致性规律;油液的光谱分析、铁谱分析可以对磨合状况做出有效的判断,综合运用两种方法使分析更为准确可靠;试验条件不同,摩擦副磨合磨损性能存在较大差异:浸油润滑方式下的磨合质量优于滴油润滑方式下的磨合质量;相比于CD40润滑油,加入金属陶瓷添加剂可缩短磨合时间;AlSn40合金轴瓦在中等试验力下可获得良好的磨合磨损性能;为获得良好的磨合质量,两摩擦副对磨合参数有不同的要求。
【Abstract】 Wear is one of the most common forms of main failure of diesel engine. The cylinder liner-piston ring and crankshaft journal-bearing shells are the important friction pairs in diesel engine. However for the severe working condition, including complicated and changeable operation condition, environment, stress and movement mode etc, abnormal wear failure is easily to occur, which not only reduces machines’ service life, but also causes considerable economic loss. Therefore, the friction and wear characteristics of cylinder-piston ring and crankshaft journal-bearing shells are classified as the difficult problem in the field of tribology worldly and have been paid much attention in the last 100 years.In this paper, laboratory simulating test of the friction wear and lubrication of cylinder liner-piston ring and crankshaft journal-bearing shells during running-in period have been designed and conducted. The tribological character of friction pairs has been researched by the complicated analysis of friction coefficient, wear weight loss, surface topography and oil analysis. The friction and wear properties of the cylinder liner-piston ring during running-in period and the effect of different running-in oil on running-in process have been discussed under different lubrication conditions with certain load, and the effect of different test force on the wear performance for crankshaft journal--bearing shells lined AlSn40 have also been studied.It is shown that results of various research methods towards friction-wear and lubrication process of cylinder liner-piston ring and crankshaft journal-bearing shells have consistency. The spectrographic analysis and ferrographic analysis of lubricant could be taken as a judging criterion for the running-in of process, and synthesizing of both methods makes the result more accurate and reliable. Under different test conditions, greater discrepancies also were presence in the running-in and wear properties of friction pairs. The quality of running-in under way in soaking lubrication was better than dropping lubrication. The running-in time can be reduced by use of CD40 lubricant with metal-ceramic additive. The bearing shells lined AlSn40 will obtain a good running-in wear properties in the middle test force. In order to obtain a good quality of the running in, different running-in parameters are required by this two friction pairs.
