有机/无机复合相变储热材料的制备与性能

【摘要】 有机/无机复合相变储热材料是近年来国内外研究热点,其在作为储热材料时不仅具有温度恒定、相变潜热大、性能稳定等特点,而且储量丰富,因此越来越受到重视。对于能源紧缺的今天,研究相变储热材料显得尤其重要。有机/层状硅酸盐复合相变储热材料作为有机/无机复合相变储热材料的一种,是近年来该研究领域中的一个热点。利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对膨润土进行了有机改性,改性后膨润土的层间距由1.452 nm变为1.982nm。并利用插层复合法将脂肪酸、石蜡及多元醇等插入改性后的膨润土层间,得到了有机/无机复合相变储热材料。进而通过XRD、FTIR、DSC等现代测试技术确定了有机/无机复合相变储热材料的结构和储热性能。利用插层法制备出癸酸/膨润土、硬脂酸/膨润土及癸酸-硬脂酸/膨润土复合相变储热材料,三种复合相变储热材料的相变温度分别为30.12℃、59.64℃、20.2℃,相变焓分别为58.43J/g、69.92J/g、66.4J/g;利用插层复合法制备了石蜡/膨润土复合相变储能材料,其相变温度约为60℃,相变焓为92J/g;利用插层复合法分别制备了新戊二醇/膨润土、三羟甲基氨基甲烷/膨润土及新戊二醇-三羟甲基氨基甲烷/膨润土复合相变储能材料,三种相变复合储热材料其相变温度分别为56.14℃、117.8℃、39.8℃,相变焓分别为86.18J/g、198.6J/g、67.3J/g。实验结果表明,本试验所设计的复合相变储热材料性能优越,较好地克服了纯相变储能材料的塑晶和液化等缺点及不足,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The organic/inorganic composite phase change thermal storage materials have several interesting properties such as stable temperature, large heat fusion and stable performance. The reserves of phase change materials are abundance and the energy of the world are lack, so the research of phase change materials are important. As one kind of organic/inorganic composite phase change materials, organic/layered silicate composite phase change materials is becoming a research hot spot in recent years.By using CTAB carries on the organic modification to the bentonite, the level spacing becomes from 1.452nm to1.982nm after the modification. With the intercalation of fatty acids, paraffin and polyalcohols into the modified bentonite, organic / inorganic composite phase change thermal storage materials were prepared. The structure and thermal properties of these phase change materials were analysized and determined by XRD, FTIR and DSC techniques.CA, SA and CA-SA/bentonite composite phase change thermal storage materials were prepared by intercalation method. The phase transition temperature of these three phase change thermal storage materials are 30.12℃、59.64℃、20.2℃respectively,their phase transition enthalpy is 58.43J/g、69.92J/g、66.4J/g respectively. Paraffin/bentonite composite phase change thermal storage material was also made by intercalation method. Its phase transition temperature is 60℃,phase transition enthalpy is 92J/g. NPG, TAM, NPG-TAM/bentonite composite phase change thermal storage materials were prepared by the same method. The phase transition temperature of these three phase change thermal storage materials are 56.14℃、117.8℃、39.8℃respectively,their phase transition enthalpy is 86.18J/g、198.6J/g、67.3J/g respectively.The experimental results show that the new phase change composite materials overcome the problem of plastic and liquefied crystal, and have a wide application because of its superior performance.
