【摘要】 本论文从山东省成人教育招生工作的个案分析入手,结合全国成人教育招生工作的开展情况,将教育学、管理学理论研究与本人多年来从事成人高校招生的工作实践相结合,深入分析了成人教育招生工作的历史、现状及未来的发展趋势。通过对我国成人教育招生工作的系统阐释和分析,探讨成人招生工作的不足和弊端,并提出了相关的建议和改革策略,以期对我省乃至我国成人教育事业的进步发展尽自己的微薄之力。论文在第一章的绪论部分介绍了选题缘由,对研究现状进行了相关的文献综述,介绍了研究的方法,进而探讨了进行该研究的理论和现实意义。第二章介绍成人高等教育招生工作依据的理论基础。从终身教育理论和管理理论入手来探讨成人高等教育的定位和功能并对成人高等教育招生工作的特点做相关的理论分析。第三章进行成人高等教育招生制度的概述。主要介绍制度的形成和建设的沿革、招生指导思想的发展历程、招生考试制度的变革调整以及成人高等教育招生制度的功能作用及其执行情况。第四章是对山东省成人高等教育招生工作现状的分析。对现状进行简要分析,重点介绍了我国招生工作的沿革及其指导思想的变革,并指出成人高校招生制度的特点。进而介绍山东省成人高等教育招生工作取得的成效及存在的问题。第五章对山东省成人高校招生工作进行了深入反思及提出了相关的改革对策和建议。本章针对我省乃至全国现行招生工作存在的问题,探讨山东省成人高等教育招生工作改革的路径与策略,以寻求能适应当前社会发展的招生改革之路。第六章为结语部分。对该论文进行概述总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article obtains from the Shandong Province further education recruitment of students work’s case analysis,to focus on the nation further education recruitment of students work development actual situation, unifies myself many years to be engaged in the working practice which the university furthers recruit students, the synthesis utilization pedagogy basic theory, will analyze the further education recruitment of students work thoroughly the history, the present situation and future trend of development. Through to our country further education recruitment of students work’s system explanation and the analysis, discusses the further to recruit students the work insufficiency and the malpractice, and puts forward the related opinion proposal and the reform strategy, by time to Shandong Province and even our country further education enterprise’s development own meager strength.The first chapter introduced the selected topic reason, the research method and the principle as well as the research mentality and the research theory and practical significance.The second chapter introduces the further higher education recruitment of students work theoretical basis. Obtain from the lifelong education theory and the management theory to discuss the further higher education highly the localization and the function and make the correlation theories analysis to the further higher education recruitment of students work..The third chapter briefed our country further higher education recruitment of students test system. Introduces the system of the formation and evolution of the building, students guiding ideology of the development process, the entrance examination system of further higher education reform and adjustment of the function of the admission system and its implementation.The fourth chapter is the the present situation analysis of Shandong Province further higher education recruitment of students work. First is a summary analysis to the present situation,and then focused on China’s admission Evolution and the work of the guiding ideology of the revolution, and pointed out that further college enrollment the characteristics of the system. Shandong Province in turn introduced the work of further higher education enrollment and the effectiveness of the existing problems.
