包装机模块化参数化设计方法研究

【摘要】 全自动塑杯灌装封口机是一个生产塑料杯装饮料的设备,它可自动完成落杯、灌装、打印、封口、裁切、放膜、收膜、计数等工序。产品的模块化设计通过对不同模块的组合实现了以有限的资源生产出更可能多的产品品种。本文基于CAD/CAE技术,研究了全自动塑杯灌装封口机的模块化设计、参数化及其结构分析计算技术。本论文研究的主要内容如下:1.在模块化设计的理论基础上,通过产品结构和功能分析对全自动塑杯灌装封口机进行模块划分和再次组合。2.将模块化设计与参数化设计技术相结合,在SolidWorks中利用方程式驱动对全自动塑杯灌装封口机各模块及整机进行参数化建模。3.利用SolidWorks中的COSMOS有限元分析插件,对全自动塑杯灌装封口机机体模块、灌装装置模块进行有限元分析,针对有限元分析的结果,提出相应的改进措施。在本论文中将模块化设计与参数化技术及有限元分析计算技术相接合,这种接合方法不仅能有效地提高全自动塑杯灌装封口机的标准化,通用化程度,缩短其设计周期,降低其测试成本,而且还有利于实现多品种生产,能以相对较低的成本,快速满足市场多变的需要。为企业快速响应用户需求、有效减轻设计工作量,缩短产品开发周期及降低测试成本提供了有效的解决方案。
【Abstract】 Automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine is a kind of production equipment that fills a plastic cup with beverage, it can auto-complete with cups, filling, printing, sealing, the crop and let film, or film, counting processes. Modular design has achieved to this kind of design that can produce more likely varieties of products by limited resources through a combination of different modules, Based on the CAD / CAE technology, this paper researched the modular design, parametric and structure analysis computation technology of automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine. The main points of the paper are described as follows:1.Based on the theory of modular design, this paper carried out the module division and the recombine of automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine through the analysis of product structure and function.2.This paper combined the advantages of the modular design with the advantages of parametric design, and carried out the parametric modeling for every module and the full machine of the automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine by using formula drive in the SolidWorks.3.By using the COSMOS finite element analysis plug-in unit in SolidWorks, this paper carried out the finite element analysis of the body of the automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine and the module of the filling device, also proposed the corresponding corrective measure based on the results.This paper combined the modular design with parametric design and finite element analysis , such combination not only can improve automatic plastic cups filling and sealing machine standardization, universal level, shortening its design cycle, reduces its test cost, but also is advantageous in realizes the multi-variety production in a relatively low cost, fast to meet changing market needs. Also, provide an effective solution for enterprises to respond quickly to business users’demand, effectively reduce the workload design, shorten the product development cycle and reduce the test cost.
