低温甲醇洗流程模拟及塔内结构三维可视化设计系统研究

【摘要】 低温甲醇洗工艺是采用低温甲醇以物理吸收的方法将前段工序变换气中高浓度酸性气体除去,得到纯净气体。而酸性气体经过解吸、汽提等手段由甲醇溶液中释放出来,再进行下一步利用。此工艺是煤化工应用中非常重要的一个环节。本文利用工艺包数据,采用流程模拟软件ASPEN PLUS对低温甲醇洗工艺进行流程模拟,并对三维可视化设计系统的建立进行了深入研究。低温甲醇洗的主要设备在低温、高压条件下操作(超过部分组分的临界点),且该体系既含缔合、极性组分甲醇,又存在量子气体氢,非理想性很强,该状况对全流程的计算机模拟造成了很大困难。本文针对流程中模块的特点对文献及报道中能应用于低温甲醇洗系统的热力学模型进行筛选,并用气液平衡数据对相关模型中的部分参数进行回归。最终确定酸性气体吸收塔部分使用SR-POLAR模型及经过参数回归的RK-ASPEN模型;CO2再生塔使用RK-ASPEN模型;H2S浓缩塔上下塔分别使用RK-ASPEN和PSRK模型;甲醇再生塔使用PSRK模型;甲醇水分离塔使用PRWS模型;由于闪蒸罐、换热器和分流器这些模块的条件和其相关的塔比较接近,所以采用相近原则选择模型,所得结果十分理想。在对低温甲醇洗模拟计算的基础上,对塔体及塔内件的三维可视化设计系统进行了初步的研究,根据ASPEN PLUS计算得到的结果用三维绘图软件将塔及塔内件的三维立体图绘画出来。为以后设计工作中提高设计质量、缩短设计周期、降低成本提供基础。利用本文的研究成果,对于指定进料条件的低温甲醇洗工艺流程可以作为工艺数据包来使用,并为以后设计过程中采用逐次调用流程模拟和三维设计的自动设计系统提供技术基础。

【Abstract】 The most important step of coal chemical industry, rectisol is a physical acid gas removal process using methanol at subzero temperatures to obtain pure gas. Acid gas then releases from methanol solution by desorption or stripping and is sent out for sulfur recovery. With the aid of process software Aspen Plus, a recsitol unit is transferred and set up in the software and calculation is performed. And further study is carried out on 3D drawing design in chemical engineering.Strong polarity of some components involved and the operation status beyond critical points of part of the substance make the system far from ideal state. There are association and polarity component of methanol and quantum gas of hydrogen in the system. In this paper, reported thermodynamics equations which can be used in recsol system are screened. And some parameters in related thermodynamics equations are regressed using vapor-liquid equilibrium data. State SR-POLAR and RK-ASPEN which is modified are used to Acidic Gas Absorption Column. State RK-ASPEN is used to CO2 Regeneration Column. State RK-ASPEN and PSRK are used to H2S Concentrating Column. State PSRK is used to Methanol Regeneration Column. State PRWS is used to Methanol/Water Separation Column. Because the condition of models in flash, heater and flow split are similar to interrelated column, they are selected by close principle.Based on simulation calculation of rectisol unit, the visual design system of column and column internals is studied. 3D stereogram of column and column internals are drawn by three-dimentional drawing software using the results of ASPEN PLUS. This is a basis of improving the design quality, shortening the design duration and reducing the cost.Due to research results in this paper, rectisol process for certain feed stock condition can be used as technical data packet. And this is a basis for future design of automatic 3D graphics.
