遮帘式板桩码头静力分析及优化设计

【摘要】 板桩码头是三大码头结构型式之一,其优点是结构简单、用料省、工程造价低、施工方便、对复杂的地质条件适应性强,而且在施工过程中可以先打板桩后挖墙前港池,能大量减少挖填土方量。但是由于板桩码头是薄壁结构,抗弯能力有限,目前我国国内建成的板桩码头多数属于中小型泊位,当板桩岸壁前沿水深加大时,码头上部荷载以及土体自重产生的侧向土压力,使得板桩产生过大的弯矩,从而影响码头结构的正常使用。近年来,新开发出的遮帘式板桩码头结构,使得板桩码头结构终于可以应用于大型深水化泊位的建设。遮帘式板桩码头是在前墙后加设了一排遮帘桩,利用遮帘桩承担一部分的挡土荷载,从而减小前墙承受的土压力,所以遮帘式板桩码头前墙和遮帘桩所受到的挡土自重产生的侧向土压力,就成为了遮帘式板桩码头的研究重点。当前对遮帘式板桩码头结构的研究方法主要有土工离心模型试验、理论计算和有限元计算。本文在土工离心模式试验的基础上,针对遮帘式板桩码头桩土相互作用的特点,对其进行了理论计算和有限元计算。遮帘式板桩码头是新近开发出的新型码头结构,其还没有成熟的设计计算理论与规范。本文采用假想遮帘面建立了遮帘式板桩码头的计算方法,并借鉴双排桩支护结构的计算方法,提出了一种遮帘式板桩码头的简化计算方法。本文分别采用上述两种方法对遮帘式板桩码头的前墙土压力进行了计算,并将计算结果与土工离心模型试验结果进行了对比,验证了其可行性,然后采用简化计算方法对不同桩距情况下的前墙土压力和弯矩进行了计算。本文利用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立有限元计算模型,采用多种工况计算对比的方式分别对不同遮帘桩与前墙桩距、不同遮帘桩长度、不同港池开挖深度的遮帘式板桩码头、双排遮帘桩式板桩码头和半遮帘式板桩码头进行了计算分析,总结了前墙和遮帘桩陆侧土压力的变化规律,从而更加全面的了解了遮帘式板桩码头的受力特性,为工程实践中设计最优化的遮帘式板桩码头结构型式提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Sheet pile wharf is one of three main forms of wharf, the advantage of which is simple structure, saving materials, low engineering cost, simple construction, strong adaptability to complex geological conditions, and digging harbor basin after beat sheet pile that can reduce digging and filling. Sheet pile wharf is thin-walled structure, which flexural capacity is low, so the sheet pile wharf is mainly used on middle and small berths. When the water depth increases, the upper load of wharf and the earth pressure generate oversize moment on sheet pile, which impact the normal using of wharf.The invention of covered type of sheet pile wharf in recent years makes sheet pile used in the construction of deep water berth. Covered type of sheet pile wharf sets a row of covered piles which can reduce the earth pressure of front wall, so the earth pressure of the front wall and the covered piles of covered type of sheet pile is the research emphasis of covered type of sheet pile wharf.Mainly research methods of covered type of sheet pile wharf are geotechnical centrifuge model test, theoretical calculation and finite element calculation. In this paper, covered type of sheet pile wharf is researched by theoretical calculation and finite element calculation on the foundation of geotechnical centrifuge model test.Covered type of sheet pile wharf is a new structural type which has no mature design calculation method and design code. This paper establishes the calculation method of covered type of sheet pile wharf by using the imaginary covered plane, and according to the calculation method of double-row piles, this paper proposes a simplified calculation method of covered type of sheet pile wharf.This paper builds finite element calculation models by using ABAQUS, calculates and analyses double covered piles type of sheet pile wharf, semicovered type of sheet pile wharfs and covered type of sheet pile wharfs with different distances between the front wall and covered piles, the different length of covered piles and the different water depth, summarizes the variation law of the earth pressure of front wall and covered piles.
