【摘要】 随着现代化建设的深入进行,建设项目日趋大型化、复杂化,信息的交流与传递变得越来越频繁,传统模式下建设项目管理各个阶段相互独立、信息沟通效率低的弊端越来越明显。现代建设项目管理正在向网络化、集成化的方向发展,项目信息门户(PIP)作为现代建设项目管理思想与信息技术相结合的综合管理应用平台,为基于BLM的建设项目管理信息化的实现提供了一个切实可行的解决方案。本文在总结国内外相关领域研究成果的基础上,借鉴其他行业先进管理思想和理念,并结合当前建设项目管理中所存在的问题以及建设项目管理未来的发展趋势,主要从业主方的角度出发,对基于BLM的建设项目管理信息化系统进行了探索和研究,为建设项目各参与方加强项目管理信息化提供了科学方法和理论依据。本文首先分析了建设项目较一般工程项目的特征、建设项目信息化状况以及建设项目管理信息化的发展趋势,提出借助信息技术提高建设项目管理水平;其次,将现代信息技术——项目信息门户(PIP)引入基于BLM的建设项目管理,提出基于BLM的建设项目管理信息化系统——BLMIS-PIP的构想,并构建了该系统的概念模型、功能模型、体系结构模型以及集成模型;然后提出了BLMIS-PIP实施的硬件系统、软件系统(即实施方式)、组织件系统以及教育件系统,重点研究BLMIS-PIP实施的组织环境以及BLMIS-PIP的实施基础——建设项目文档信息的编码问题;在文章的最后,给出了本论文研究的结论,并提出进一步研究需要解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the modernization driving forward, the construction projects large-scale and complex, the exchange and transfer of information becomes more and more frequent, as a result of the independent management of various stages of construction projects under traditional mode, the drawbacks of the information communication is increasingly obvious. Modern construction project management develops in the direction of network and integration; PIP as an integrated management application platform which connets modern construction project management thought with information technology, it supplies a practical solution to implement construction project management informatization based on BLM.Based on summarizing the domestic and foreign correlative domain research results and profiting from other professional advanced management thought and the idea, and connected with the problems existing in the construction project management and its develop trend, this article, in the angle of owner, give a thorough reaserch to the construction project management informatization system on the foundation of building lifecycle management, meantime, It supplies a scientific method and theory basis for the parties involving in the construction project to strengthen project management information.First, this article analyzed the special characteristics of construction project, informational conditions of the construction project as well as the information development tendency of construction project management, proposed that we can use the information technology to strengthen the construction project management level; Next, modern information technology - PIP must be introduced in the construction project management which based on BLM, this article proposed the conception of construction project management informatization system based on the BLM(BLMIS-PIP), and conducted a thorough analysis research of the conceptual model, the functional model, architecture model, as well as integration model of the BLMIS-PIP; Then, this article analyzed the hardware systems, software systems(implementation modalities), organization systems, as well as education systems of the implementation of the BLMIS-PIP, especially focused on the organization systems of the BLMIS-PIP and the implementation of BLMIS-PIP basis - construction project information document Coding; In the end, The article has produced the conclusion and proposed the problems which need to be solved in futher studies.更多还原
