交通信息平台研究
Study on the Traffic Information Platform

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展,急剧增长的交通需求与有限的交通服务能力之间的矛盾愈加尖锐化,交通事故、交通堵塞、环境污染、能源消耗等日趋严重的问题亟待解决。随着先进信息技术不断应用于交通行业,信息化成为解决交通问题的很好手段,它是实施交通跨越式发展和运输产业结构调整的必由之路。智能交通是在当代信息技术快速发展的条件下产生的,是解决各种交通问题的先进方法,交通信息服务能够调整交通流时间和空间分布、提高路网通行能力,有效解决交通需求与交通服务能力之间矛盾,而交通信息平台可以实现信息资源共享利用,提高交通效率,改善交通运行环境,达到整个交通系统最优运作,是交通信息化发展的重要方向。本文首先回顾了交通信息平台产生及发展过程,从公路信息资源理论出发分析了公路信息属性,运用经济空间等方法对高速公路信息资源进行配置,构建公路开放式系统集成模型,明确了信息平台在整个公路运输系统的地位和作用;进行信息平台的需求功能分析以及逻辑物理结构设计,为构建信息平台提供了指导作用;然后研究数据挖掘技术在交通领域中的应用,运用灰色关联模型进行交通事故数据挖掘,以应用实例说明数据挖掘的决策支持作用;最后探讨了信息平台的实施融资方式、发展模式原则、阶段特征及保障体系,为信息平台的良好运行提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 With the economy development of our country, the contradiction sharpens even more between growing traffic demand and limited traffic service ability. Traffic accident, traffic jam, energy consumption and environment pollution and so on serious problems need to be solved. With the advanced information technology be applied to the transportation industry, informationization become a good method to solve traffic problems. It is the necessary way to implement development and adjust the transportation industrial structure. Intelligent Transportation System produced in the rapid development of information technology is the effective measure to solve traffic problems. Traffic information service can help adjust the space-time distribution of traffic flow, improve the road capacity and solve the contradiction between growing traffic demand and limited traffic service ability. Traffic information platform can help facilitate information sharing, enhance efficiency, improve the operational environment and optimize the entire transportation systems. It is the aim of traffic informationization.The paper firstly review the process of Traffic Information Platform’s creation and development, analyze the road information attribute according to the road information resource theory, collocate the highway information resource by the economy and space method, construct the road open style integration model so as to definitude the information platform’s status and the function in the entire highway transportation system; Carry on the demand functional analysis and logical structural design of information platform which provide the instruction for the information platform’s construction; Study on the application of data mining in Traffic by applying gray relation analysis model and explain decision support function by real example; Finally discuss the implementation and financing way, the development pattern and principle, the development stage character and the safeguard system of information platform which provide a theoretical reference for the better operation of Traffic Information Platform.
