【摘要】 随着城市化水平的提高,产业结构的调整,大量的工业生产逐渐衰退,大多数工厂作为计划经济的产物,不再适应市场的需要,已逐渐退出历史的舞台,许多有历史文化价值和纪念意义的工业遗产而又并未作为指定文物的工业建筑正急速地从城市中消失。直到近年来,工业遗产保护再利用才逐渐成为人们关注的一个重要课题。如何对待这些废弃的工业遗产;如何在巨大的城市空间发展需求和土地供给日益短缺的压力之下,合理地利用工业遗产;如何既妥善地保护工业遗产又有利于城市更新;应当尤其重视并加以重点研究。本文以工业遗产保护为重点研究内容,通过对资料的收集、调查、分析对工业遗产的概念与范围进行界定。利用城市规划学、景观学、建筑学等相关知识,着重分析和介绍工业遗产再利用的价值基础、理论基础、发展历程等,并结合具体案例分析和实践操作,力图呈现出一个较为全面的国内外工业遗产再利用的图景。对当前我国工业遗产保护再利用存在的问题和突出的矛盾展开系统研究和探讨,并对工业遗产保护再利用的措施、开发模式、改造手法等方面进行具有可操作性和推广性的探讨,为解决工业遗产如何在现代化中实现有机的延续和保护提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of the urbanization level and the adjustment of industrial structure, as a product of the planned economy, a large number of industrial production is no longer meet the needs of the market, and gradually withdraw from the stage of history. The gradually declining and abandoning of these old industrial areas, many industrial estates with historical and cultural value and significance, which has not been designated as a heritage of industrial buildings, are rapidly disappearing from the city. Until recent years, the Protection and re-use of industrial heritage gradually become an important issue. How to deal with these abandoned industrial heritage; how to rationally use the industrial heritage under the growing shortage of land supply pressure and in the huge development needs of urban space; How to properly protect the industrial heritage and help urban renewal; should be focused on in particular.This paper takes the industry inheritance protection as the key research content and defines the concept and scope of industry inheritance by collecting, investing and analysing correlation materials. To descibe the situation about the reuse of industry inheritance both at home and abroad, the paper takes an emphasis on analysing and introducing the basic value, theory foundation and develop process of industry inheritance protection and analysing real cases. The paper also summerises the exsisting problems of the industry inheritance protection in China and takes a discussion on practical and can be widly used measures, devolop modes and reuse ways of the industry inheritance protection.更多还原
