风荷载作用下的接触网硬横跨结构响应分析

【摘要】 接触网是高速铁路运营最为直接相关的架空设备,由接触悬挂、支持结构、承力索等部分组成。随着高速铁路的发展,硬横跨已逐渐成为接触网支持结构的发展趋势,由于所处环境特殊,所以使得接触网硬横跨成为整个牵引供电系统最为薄弱的环节之一。风荷载是硬横跨正常工作的主要控制荷载,国内外对接触网的研究一般集中在接触网的受流质量和悬挂系统,而对接触网硬横跨的研究资料较少。目前对硬横跨的设计中,相关计算取值不规范,对硬横跨体系的简化使得计算误差增大,所以,对硬横跨结构在风荷载作用下的响应进行系统准确的分析就十分必要。本文基于有限元理论,考虑结构体系的协同工作,建立了硬横跨结构—索共同作用的三维有限元模型,运用子空间迭代法对结构的动力特性进行了分析,并通过比较不同参数对结构自振性能的影响,对结构是否考虑脉动风作用的影响提供了理论依据。在此基础上,分别考虑了承力索及张力的变化、不同风向角的变化、不同连接方式的变化对硬横跨结构在不同设计风速作用下的结构响应的影响,得出影响其抗风性能的主要因素。同时,分析了硬横跨覆冰后在相应风荷载作用下的结构响应,得到覆冰对结构抗风性能影响明显,设计时应予以重点考虑。结合改进的荷载增量法,提出了使用ANSYS软件分析硬横跨整体稳定性的分析方法,以41m八股道硬横跨为对象对结构在风荷载作用下的整体稳定性进行了分析,并对结构的安全系数进行了确定。

【Abstract】 OCS is the most directly correlative overhead equipments for the high-speed railway operate. It makes up by parts of contact hanging supporting structure and load-carrying cable etc. By the development of high-speed railway, the portal structure has gradually become develop trend for OCS supporting structure. Because the environment is special, OCS portal structure has become one of the weakest links in all the traction current supply system.Wind load is the principal control load for portal structure normal work, domestic and foreign research on OCS generally focuses on the pantograph-OCS quality of current collection and hanging system, but the research on OCS portal structure is less. Present the design for portal structure, the choose of correlation calculated parameter isn’t canonical; the simplified portal structure makes the computational error increment. So, the systematic and exact research on the response which the portal structure under the wind load is very necessary.This article is based on the finite element theory,considered on structure system work corporately,establish the three-dimensional model of portal structure-cable which combined action. Utilize the sub-space iterative method to analyze the power character of structure, and through compare the different parameter to the effect of structure auto oscillation, provide the gist for the structure whether consider the effect of fluctuating wind.Based on it, analyse the response which under the different design wind speed for the portal structure, individual consideration the effect of alteration of load-carrying cable, tensile force, different wind angle, different joint mode for the response which under wind load for the portal structure. Analyse which is the chief factor for effect the wind resistance capability. So provide the basement for proper effective, design of wind resistance for the portal structure. While, analyse the effect ice-coating under the wind load for the portal structure, find ice-load impact on structure performance of wind reistance obviously and should be priority considered in design.Found on the improved load increment method, bring forward analyse method of portal structure integral stability with ansys, according to 41m eight tracks portal structure,integral stability of structure with wind load be analysed and safety coefficient be confirmed.
