双轮驱动振动压路机驱动参数匹配的仿真与研究

【摘要】 多年来,双轮驱动振动压路机的驱动参数匹配多从牵引性能方面着手研究,本文结合了牵引性能和平整度两方面对其进行了研究。分析并完善了振动压实机理;对双钢轮振动压路机建立了五个自由度的动力学数学模型;从压实材料、压实设备和施工工艺等方面对影响振动压实效果的主要因素进行了归纳和分析;对于全轮驱动压路机与单轮驱动压路机压实能力进行了对比说明。从动力性能与附着性能两方面分析了双轮驱动振动压路机的通过性。分析研究了双轮驱动系统前后轮不同重量分配比和相应的液压马达参数匹配,以及在这种变化过程中所引起的牵引参数的变化,运用MATLAB软件对其变化曲线进行了仿真,并对仿真结果作了分析说明。对振动压路机车轮与地面的相互作用以及振动压路机的车轮的力学特性作了分析与研究;结合牵引性能和平整度两个方面的研究结果给出了双钢轮振动压路机与单钢轮振动压路机的前后轮配重比、马达参数匹配以及液压驱动系统原理。双钢轮振动压路机前后轮配重比相同,马达参数相同,驱动系统为串联式独立系统;单钢轮振动压路机前后轮配重比约为2:1,马达参数不同,驱动系统为并联系统。

【Abstract】 The research on driven parameters matching of vibration roller with double-wheel drive is based on the traction performance for years. This article studies it from the angles of traction performance and evenness.The mechanism of vibratory compacting was analyzed and improved, five degrees of freedom of dynamics former were built in the vibratory roller with dual steel wheels, the main factors for influences of vibratory compacting were summed-up and analyzed through compacting material, compacting machinery and construction craft, and compared and explained the compacting capabilities of vibration roller with double-wheel drive and vibration roller with single-wheel drive.Terramechanics of vibration roller with double-wheel drive was analyzed from two aspects as dynamic performance and adhesion performance. The research learned the distribution ratio in the front & rear wheels of system with double-wheel drive and parameters matching for motor as well as the change of traction parameters during this process, MATLAB software was applied for the imitation of change curve and the analysis and illustration of the simulations.The wheel-soil interaction of vibration roller and mechanical property of its wheel were analyzed and reported, the front & rear wheels distribution ratio, parameters matching for motor and the working principle of hydraulic driving system were given in the research according to the traction performance and evenness. The vibration rollers with double-wheel drive have the same front & rear wheels distribution ratio and parameters of motor, the drive system is an independent tandem type system, the front & rear wheels distribution ratio in vibration roller with single-wheel drive is 2:1. The parameters of motor are different and the drive system is an parallel system.
