基于内部传感测量的沥青路面结构试验方法研究

【摘要】 公路路面是长期暴露在大自然环境中的一种特殊的带状构造物,会在荷载、温度、水等多种因素的影响下衰损。常规手段很难真实了解实际路面结构的力学响应情况,通过在实际路面结构中埋设传感器可以较真实地了解路面结构在现实环境中的受力和使用情况,为路面力学理论的研究提供实测数据支持。针对目前国内还没有形成一个系统的基于内部传感测量的路面结构试验体系和方法的事实,本文对实际环境中依靠传感器的路面结构试验方法进行研究,采用传感器作为路面结构试验的数据采集工具,提出了一套基于内部传感测量的沥青路面结构试验方法。本方法突破了传统室内试验的局限性,考虑了实际路面结构层之间的相互影响及温湿度等环境因素的影响。采用LabVIEW软件平台及NI数据采集硬件系统,编写了数据采集卡的调用程序,包括路面结构试验应变采集程序,路面结构试验压力采集程序,路面结构试验温度采集程序。结合国外路面结构试验经验,研究分析传感器的校检技术,提出了适用于沥青路面结构试验的传感器校检方法。结合国外路面结构试验经验,研究分析传感器的安装埋设技术,提出考虑温度、湿度、机械振动、碾压、试验设备、试验车辆行驶或刹车等因素的传感器埋设技术,建立适用于沥青路面结构试验的传感器安装埋设方法。采用计算值和实测值对比的方法,从层间连接状态和面层模量变化两方面考虑,就半刚性基层底部受力情况评价计算值与实测值的差异性。对比结果表明,不同软件之间的计算结果差异很大,有的应力变化趋势竟然相反,可见软件计算不能真实反映实际情况。

【Abstract】 Highway pavement is a kind of special zonal structure, long-term exposed in nature environment, and it is deteriorating at load, temperature, water and so on. It is difficult to veritably understand the mechanics response of pavement structure in actual environment by regular method, but it can veritably understand pavement structural mechanical response via embedded sensors in pavement structure, and can supply testing data support for the research of pavement mechanics theory.At present inland not yet form one systemic sensor-based pavement structural test system and method, the paper makes study on pavement structural test method actual environment depend on sensors, acquire test data by sensors, put forward a suit of the structure test-method of asphalt pavement based on internal sensor survey.The method breaks through the drawback of the tradition laboratory experiment, considers the interaction among pavement structural layers, at the same time can consider the effect of environmental factors,such as temperature and humidity and so on .Utilizing labview software platform and NI data acquisition hardware system,written calling program of data acquisition cards, included strain collection programs, pressure collection programs and temperature collection programs.Researched and analysed the checkout and embedment technology of sensors, considering abroad pavement structural test experience, put forward the checkout method of sensors and the embedment method of sensors, considering temperature, moisture, mechanical vibration, test equipment and vehicle and so on. Contrast both theoretical calculation value and test value, appraise the difference between theoretical calculation and actual test value at the both side of connecting state of interlayer and the surface modulus.Proven:It’s different very much between the result of different softwares, some variation trend of stress actually reverse, it is obvious that software calculate cannot verity reflect practical situation.
