【摘要】 我国经济的快速发展促进了珠三角长三角等地区城市群的迅速崛起,国家明确提出了城市群未来发展战略,要求加强城市群内各城市的分工协作和优势互补,增强城市群的整体竞争力,为城市群交通系统带来了难得的发展契机。城市群交通系统是城市群发展的基础,在当前形势下,分析城市群发展的一般规律,系统研究城市群连接道路的交通规划与设计,具有极其重要意义。城市群连接道路交通总体设计,目的就是通过完善城市群交通规划设计理论,来指导城市群连接道路设计和提高区际间的交通可达性。论文在深入分析城市群发展机理和城市群连接道路交通特性的基础上,总结连接道路存在的问题,提出了城市群连接道路交通设计的一般对策:加强区域交通网络布局与空间、经济发展的一致性,完善交通路网,合理化路网级配,建立明确的连接道路功能、分级体系,最终制定连接道路交通设计指南。采用系统工程的方法,在分析了城市群交通网络结构的基础上,应用交通区位理论,提出城市群交通设计总体规划的流程及其交通网络构建的方法。比较和借鉴国内外道路功能分类体系,在充分分析城市群连接道路结构与功能特征的基础上,提出城市群连接道路功能分类分级体系。论文对城市群连接道路交通空间设计进行了总体规划,提出了城市群连接道路与不同规模等级城镇的协调连接方式;并对城市群连接道路路段、交叉口、出入口进行了交通设计总体规划研究,提出了各级连接道路标准横断面形式,以及交通设计的原则与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban Agglomerations of China is developing rapidly , China makes clear the future development strategy about Urban Agglomerations: requiring that every city farm-out and having complementary advantages within reinforcing the Urban Agglomerations, strengthen Urban Agglomerations’competition. This brought rare development opportunity to Urban Agglomerations. The traffic system is the basis to the Urban Agglomerations development, under current circumstances, it has extremely important significance to analyze the rule of the Urban Agglomerations development and study the Urban Agglomerations traffic plans and designs.The purpose of Urban Agglomerations connect-road traffic overall design, is to perfect the theory of the Urban Agglomerations traffic plan. It could guide connect-road designing and improve traffic reach.The papers analysis of Urban Agglomerations development and Urban Agglomerations connect-road traffic characteristics depth on the basis of summing up the road link existing problems, the paper states the Countermeasure of Urban Agglomerations connect-road traffic design: enhancing traffic road net, reinforcing area traffic network layout with space , perfecting road net level, definiting the connect-road’s classification system and working out the guide of connect-road traffic design ultimately.Adopting system theory, on the basis of analysising of the urban transport network structure and applying traffic location theory, the paper state the technological process of connect-road traffic design and the method of building the traffic network structures, have built the connect-road hierarchic system of road functional classification.The paper make the traffic space design of Urban Agglomerations connect-road, analysised the coordination between Urban Agglomerations connect-road and different scale grade cities; and studying the traffic design Method of Urban Agglomerations connect-road’s cross section , access, the paper has brought various levels connect-road standard cross section form and their traffic design principle and method.更多还原
