围壳结构声辐射机理研究

【摘要】 潜艇指挥台围壳的水动力噪声是潜艇的主要噪声源之一。本文对潜艇指挥台围壳噪声产生的机理、特性进行了分析研究。主要包括以下两方面的内容:第一部分,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对指挥台围壳简化模型外流场特性进行了计算,对不同围壳模型线形和外场流速的工况进行了分析,得到了不同工况下围壳模型外部流场时均物理量的空间分布特性。第二部分,利用FEM+IBEM耦合方法求解围壳模型水下的振动声辐射特性,利用BEM计算了不同线型的围壳模型在水下受激振动的辐射声功率。对于影响围壳模型辐射声功率的主要因素,比如围壳模型厚度、不同的加肋情况和激励力分布等,进行研究分析其对围壳辐射声功率的影响。根据以上的结果,得到了外部流场、围壳模型线型与围壳模型的结构振动和声辐射特性之间的关系,对潜艇指挥台围壳模型噪声控制有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Submarine sail is one of the main noise sources of submarine. This thesis mainly focus on the machanics and the charicteristics of noise of the submarine sail. The context of this paper has two parts. In the first part,the characteristic of flow field out of the simple model of sail has been calculated by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) method . The instances include different shape of the model and different velocity of the flow field. Then the spatial distribution characteristics of time-averaged physical quantities of the flow field around fairwater model are obtained. In the second part, the vibration characteristic of the model under water has been calculated by FEM (Finite Element Method)+IBEM(Indirect Boundary Element Method) method. The radiated sound power from this model is also calculated by BEM. The effect of main factors,such as the thickness of the model,the distribution of symmetric forces excited on the model, and different kind of ribs,on the radiated sound power has been analyzed.Based on the results above, the relationship between the outer flow field,the shape and the vibration characteristics of the model of the submarine sail is obtained, which can be referenced to the submarine sail noise control.
