【摘要】 随着集体林产权制度改革的实施、林业科技的显著进步,林农真正成为林业经营的主体和林业技术需求的主体。然而,林业技术方面的研究还主要集中于林业技术创新体系、林业企业科技创新、林业科技服务体系建设、林业科技队伍建设等方面的研究。通过国内外相关研究的综述发现,现阶段对技术需求行为的理论与研究方法已经比较成熟,而且这些研究方法主要体现于对几种重要的农作物(如水稻、玉米、棉花)技术选择上的运用,对于林业技术需求行为的深入研究较少,特别是微观主体——林农技术需求的研究也主要集中在单一商品林——毛竹培育技术方面的研究。到底当前林农对林业技术需求的状况如何?林业技术来源和技术需求的类型如何?具体影响林农技术需求的因素是哪些?如何提高林农的有效技术需求?纵观国内外的文献,并没有找到具有说法力的答案。因此,通过实证的方法去研究这些问题,具有一定研究意义和研究价值。本研究首先在界定林农、林业技术、林业技术需求等概念的基础上,结合福建地区的实际情况,从农户户主特征、农户家庭特征、林地地块信息、技术本身特征、技术传播途径、林地产权制度等方面对林农林业技术需求的影响因素做理论分析。其次,通过参与式调查收集数据,建立实证分析模型,应用SAS统计分析得出林农林业技术需求的显著影响因素;并将林农技术需求的影响因素中难以进入模型分析的部分,如技术需求类型、技术采用的风险、技术需求渠道及技术培训、农户传统的价值观等,利用对调查问卷的描述统计分析并辅之与社会学、心理学以及行为科学的研究方法分析它们对林农林业技术需求的作用。第三,通过分析,得出以下结论:①户主经常从事林业生产、接受过林业技术培训、参加林业合作经济组织的家庭越容易对林业技术产生需求。②农户家庭居住地与乡镇的距离在很大程度上反映了农户获取技术信息的难易程度、以及影响其生产经营投入成本的大小。③家庭收入高且收入主要来源于林业的农户对林业技术有强烈的需求。④由技术本身特征所带来的风险对农户的林业技术需求具有一定的影响。⑤农户获取技术信息和技术是多渠道的,他们对渠道信息的信任程度会对技术需求产生影响。⑥保持政策的稳定性,对于经营周期性长的行业来说显得特别重要,能够保持技术的稳定需求。⑦地区差异对林业技术需求有显著影响,适合经营生产周期短,短期效益明显树种的地区对林业技术需求强。第四,针对研究结论,提出加强林业技术的有效供给、创新和完善林业技术的推广机制、推进适度规模经营、加快林业合作经济组织建设等方面的相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the implementation of the reform in forestry poverty rights and the remarkable progress of forestry science and technology, the forestry farmers truly become the main body of the forestry management and the forestry technology. However, the forestry technology researches remain focus on innovation system of forestry technological, scientific innovation of forestry enterprise, construction of forestry science and technology services structure, construction of forestry contingent of scientists and so on. Through the domestic and foreign related research’s summary discovered that the theories and methods on the technical demand behavior are quite mature by now. Moreover those research methods manifest in the technical choice utilization of several main kind of crops just like paddy rice, corn, cotton, are few in deep research on regarding the forestry technology demand behaviors, especially on the microscopic mainbody——forestry farmers technology demand’s research also mainly concentrates in the sole commodity forest——bamboo cultivation technology. What is the current condition about forestry farmers demand to the forestry technology? What does the forestry technology origin from? what are the technical demand’s types? and how to enhance forest farmers’ effective technical demand? Look over the domestic and foreign literature, had not found strength answer. Therefore, studies on these questions through the real diagnosis method has certain research significance and research value.This research firstly bases on the definition of forestry farmers, forestry technology and forestry technology demand, unifies the actual situation of Fujian, makes the theoretical analysis to the forestry farmers forestry technology demand’s influencing factors from the head of peasant household’s characteristic, the peasant household family’s characteristic, forest land parcel information, technology itself characteristic, technical dissemination way, forest land property institution. Secondly, collects data through the participation type investigation, establishes empirical analysis model, obtains the forestry farmers forestry technology demand, uses the SAS statistical analysis to find the remarkable influencing factors. And using questionnaire’s description statistical analysis and auxiliary with sociological, the psychology as well as behavioral science’s research technique analyze the technical demand type, the technology use the risk, the technical demand channel and the technical training, the peasant household tradition’s values which have difficulties in entering empirical analysis model.Thirdly, through the analysis, has the conclusion that:①The head of household who is frequently engaged in the forestry production, has the forestry technical training, participates in the forestry cooperative economy organization to be easier to have the demand of forestry technology.②whether the distance form the peasant household to town is long or near has reflected to how difficulty the peasant household obtains information, as well as affects its invested cost.③The peasant household with high income and the income mainly obtains from the forestry pays great attention on the forestry technology demand.④The risk which brings by the technology itself characteristic has certain influence to the forestry technology demand.⑤The peasant household gains the technical information and the technology is multi-channel, the channel information’s trust degree will have the influence to the technical demand.⑥Maintains the stability of policy, appears specially important regarding the management periodicity long profession, can maintain technical the stable demand.⑦The regional disparity has the remarkable influence to the forestry technology demand. The area which is suitable to the short management production cycle, which has obvious short-term benefit tree seed has strongly forestry technology demand.Fourthly, in view of the research conclusion, proposed that strengthens the forestry technology the effective supplies, innovates and consummates forestry technology promoted mechanism, moderately advance large-scale management, speeds up forestry cooperative economy organization construction.更多还原
