【摘要】 成都市公路交通领域的信息化经过多年的建设已具备较好的基础。信息化应用已基本覆盖各个业务管理领域,但是不同业务领域、不同区域间各个信息系统相对孤立和分散,交通信息资源缺乏关联和综合应用,信息资源利用程度低,业务系统间协同能力较弱,同时对已积累的海量数据挖掘深度不足,不能在更高层面为领导科学决策和实施有效的行业监管提供支持和保障。本论文根据运管部门管理需求,充分利用客运站场已有数据资源,建立交通信息数据中心,实现数据统计分析,辅助客运管理人员合理分配运力,缓解客运高峰期运力不足等矛盾。成都市区域性道路客运综合信息服务系统每3分钟提取一次各主枢纽车站客流数据,并根据业务需要清理、转换、装载数据到数据中心,实时综合分析各线路客流情况,并通过客运线路管理功能,立即调整班次班线安排,为旅客提供及时的运输服务。同时,该系统还完成了统一登录管理、系统管理、移动稽查、运力运量调度监控、客运站管理、网络办证、综合查询等模块的设计与实现。论文采用SYBASE数据库,并利用SYBASE提供的数据库复制服务技术实现客运站管理数据到中心数据库的实时镜像和集中存储,使用J2EE开发架构,建立了支持异构环境、可伸缩,具有稳定的可靠性的客运管理系统。目前,成都市区域性道路客运综合信息服务系统已投入使用,它为今年“五一”“十一”黄金周运力运量的调控提供了准确实时的数据支持,并为客运管理部门提供了准确的客流统计数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 There were good foundation in traffic informatization of ChengDu by several years.Informatization application already basic overlay each business management realm, Different information system in different business realm and different district is stand alone and scatter. The transportation information resources lack relative and synthetic application. The using of information is low, the conjunction of system is weaker. Do not analyse the acquired data, and can’t provide support to lead.This thesis according to the need of management, make use of the acquired data of station, establish data analysis system, assist transportation manager to assign transportation, reduce the problem of the transportation in the holiday.The transportation system of ChengDu transfers data from each station every 3 minutes, analysis the stream of many paths, and arrange bus immediately by passenger transport function.Provide service to traveller. At the same time, the system also completed the log management, systems management, mobile inspection, the capacity to monitor traffic scheduling, terminal management, processing network, an integrated module, and other inquiries.The thesis adopts a SYBASE database and make use of the replication service technique of the SYBASE to transfer the station’s management data to database center. And use J2EE development structure, built up supporting different environment, flexible, and credible system.Currently, the transportation system of ChengDu has been used.
