【摘要】 随着高速铁路在我国的飞速发展,越来越多的高速铁路投入了运营。从国外高速铁路多年的运营经验来看,断轨现象时有发生,对线路的安全运营造成十分严重的危害。对于高速铁路,传统无缝线路断轨处理办法已经不能够满足高速铁路的要求。因此,有必要对高速铁路的断轨处理办法进行深入研究。本文主要通过分析我国传统的无缝线路断轨处理办法,结合当前高速铁路迅猛发展的形势,特别是高速客运专线对断轨处理的一些基本要求,讨论了传统处理办法应用高速铁路时存在的一些问题,并提出必要改进措施。在分析传统处理办法对锁定轨温的影响时,采用有限元建模的方式建立了力学模型,来计算分析了不同轨道结构的断缝值与传统处理过程中钢轨纵向应力变化情况;通过研究分析将钢轨拉伸器应用于钢轨焊接的技术,包括具体应用中的一些关键性问题,如钢轨拉伸器的应用特点、适用范围及对锁定轨温的控制等,从而提出了一整套适用于高速铁路断轨处理的建议。研究表明,传统断轨处理办法主要在两个方面难以满足高速铁路的要求,一是在临时处理后由于轨缝的存在,难以适应高速铁路对无缝线路高平顺性的要求;二是难以防止原锁定轨温的改变。因此,在高速铁路上进行断轨处理,建议采用钢轨拉伸器拉伸钢轨后焊接的技术,将传统断轨处理方式,简化为二个步骤,既紧急处理—永久性处理。采用这种方式进行高速铁路断轨处理,能够很好的解决传统断轨处理办法存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with fast development of the high speed railway in the our country, More and more high speed track threw in the usage. From the usage circumstance of the foreign high speed track, Occasionally take place the rail to break, Result in very serious danger to the usage of the railway. Traditional solution for rail breaks have already can’t satisfy the request of the high speed railway.Therefore.It is necessity that researching the treatment measures for broken rails in the high speed railways,Through the analysis of our country’s traditional treatment measures for broken rails under the rapid development of high speed railway, and in combination with specific situation of high speed railway, the paper discusses on the application and problems of traditional treatment measures and recommended on necessary improvements. In the analysis of impact of traditional treatment measures to stress-free temperature, the method of modelling is applied to carry out simulation calculation of the change of longitudinal stress of rails during the traditional treatment process. After studying of adopting the machine to pull to stretch the steel rail. Including some decisive problems within applications, which facilitates the selection of treatment method for damaged and broken high speed track..The research suggests that the traditional way hard satisfy the request in two aspects, Fist after temporary treatment existed joint, Hard satisfy the request of the going smoothly of the high speed railway;Then hard prevent from the change of the stress-free temperature.
