基于eM-Plant的铁路集装箱结点站系统建模与仿真研究

【摘要】 目前国外铁路集装箱办理站已向大型化、专业化、现代化的方向发展。为适应铁路集装箱运量相对集中的特点,提高铁路集装箱运输效率,要加快调整全路集装箱办理站布局,强化集装箱结点站建设,使其成为服务功能齐全、满足多式联运和现代物流发展需要、具有先进水平的大型办理站。为适应铁路集装箱快速增长的形势,国务院2004年1月21日审议通过的《中长期铁路网规划》中提出了优化全路集装箱办理站布局,建设18个铁路集装箱结点站的规划。铁路集装箱结点站系统是一个复杂的随机服务系统,实际运营受随机因素的影响,表现出离散、随机的特点,是一种典型的离散事件动态系统,这就决定了铁路集装箱结点站系统的规划和设计的困难性。本文应用eM-Plant仿真软件作为仿真平台,针对铁路集装箱结点站的数据资料开发了系统仿真模型。以某结点站为例验证模型的正确性,对该铁路集装箱结点站进行仿真研究,其它结点站可根据实际情况修改模型即可应用。通过仿真,可以为结点站的决策者提供决策参考。本论文的研究内容主要有以下几个方面。(1)分析铁路集装箱结点站的存在问题,确定我国铁路集装箱结点站建设规划要求。分析目前国内外对铁路集装箱结点站研究情况,应用系统仿真技术对集装箱结点站进行分析。(2)对常用装卸机械进行分析比对,研究结点站的装卸机械设备选型,确定适合结点站的装卸机械。应用仿真软件eM-Plant对装卸机械跨下布局进行研究,确定最优布局。(3)根据集装箱结点站的性质和功能,分析铁路集装箱结点站流程和包含的几个随机事件,确定合理作业流程和随机事件分布。以仿真软件eM-Plant为仿真平台,建立仿真模型流程并划分模型结构模块,开发铁路集装箱结点站的仿真模型。(4)整理某铁路集装箱结点站2000年数据,以该数据为输入数据,验证仿真模型流程的准确性,对结点站进行评估,确定结点站2000年时存在的问题。(5)预测该结点站2010年的运量,分析数据运行仿真模型,观察仿真结果,确定设备数量和配比是否可行。

【Abstract】 At present, the foreign railway container-handling station has already developed towards a large-scaled, specialized and modernized mode. To adapt to the characteristics of the relatively concentrated railway container traffic volume and to improve the efficiency of railway container traffic volume, we should speed up the adjustment of the overall arrangement of the whole railway container-handling stations, and strengthen the construction of railway container node station build, finally to meet the needs of multi-model transportation and the development need of modem logistics. In order to keep pace with the quick development of railway container traffic in the "Long-term program for the railway network" deliberated on Jan.21.2004.The State Department have put forward a program to optimize the distribution of all railway container -handling stations, and to set up 18 railway container node station.Railway container node station is a complex random service system. The actual operation shows discrete and random characteristics under the influence of random factor. Railway container node station is a kind of discrete affairs dynamic state system of typical model, this decides the difficulty that the railway container node station plans and designs. In this paper, according to data information of the railway container node station, the system simulation model is established by using eM-Plant simulation platform software. Take some node station as an example to verify accuracy of the model, this railway container node station is studied by using the simulation model, and other node stations can modify the model and apply on the base of the model. By the simulation, and decision-makers of the node station can reach a decision. In this paper, the research contents mainly have a few aspects as follows.(1)On the basis of the analysis existence question of the railway container node station, make sure the construction planning requirements of railway container node station in china. Research situation of the railway container node station at home and abroad currently is analyzed, using system simulation technology, container node station is analyzed.(2)On analysis and intercomparison to the common loading/unloading machinery, the selection of the loading/unloading machinery of node station is studied, then make sure which loading/unloading machinery is suitable for the node station. The under span layout of the rail-mounted gantry crane is researched by using eM-Plant simulation platform software, and the superior layout is make sure.(3)According to the nature and function of container node station, the technological process and the several random events of the railway container yard loading/ unloading system is analyzed, and reasonable work flow and random event distribution are make sure. The simulation model process is established and the model structure module is divided by using eM-Plant simulation platform software, and the simulation model of railway container node station is designed.(4)On finishing the data of some railway container node station in 2000, the correctness of the simulation model process is verified by using this data as input data, this node station is evaluated, and the existent problem of the node station in 2000 is found.(5)On forecast of transportation volume of this node station in 2010, the simulation model is run on analysis the data, and The simulation shows whether the equipments quantity and ratio is reasonable or not.
