新型固态限流器控制系统的改进

【摘要】 随着电力系统规模和容量的不断扩大,短路容量成为制约电网发展的一个重要因素。为了减少短路故障对电力系统造成的危害,必须采取措施快速限制电力系统的短路电流,传统限制短路电流的方法存在各种缺点,因此新型限流技术成为国内外的研究热点之一。随着电力电子技术的发展,固态限流器有着广阔的发展前景。新型固态限流器,具有结构简单,应用灵活,限流性能好,损耗小等优良特性。本文在原有的新型固态限流器的研究基础上,进一步对新型固态限流器的控制系统结构的改进和性能的完善进行深入的分析和探讨,并对实验室提出的限流式统一潮流控制器的实现结构和工作原理进行了初步的研究和探讨,同时对统一潮流控制器的运行进行了初步的仿真。前两章主要介绍了固态限流器的提出背景和研究现状,阐述了新型固态限流器的拓扑结构和控制策略,并简要介绍了限流式统一潮流控制器的原理。第三章详细阐述了本实验室研制的10kV/600A/10kA的工业样机控制系统在结构上的改进和性能上的优化,具体介绍了现场测控模块与核心监控平台通过光纤交互和隔离的控制结构的具体实现和电路的设计,并制作了相应的电路板。第四章对限流式统一潮流控制器的实现结构和工作原理进行了简要的阐述,并介绍了统一潮流控制器的具体功能实现,以及与固态限流器结合控制时工作模式的切换。最后,基于交叉解耦的控制方法,用Matlab中的Simulink仿真工具,对统一潮流控制器的潮流控制功能的实现进行了初步的仿真和分析。最后,对本文的工作进行了总结,并对新型固态限流器在电力系统的实际应用中存在的问题进行了分析。

【Abstract】 With the continuous expansion of power system’s scale and capacity, short-circuit capacity becomes a significant constraint factor to the development of power system. Therefore, taking rapid measures to limit the short circuit current is required to reduce the damage to the power system which is caused by the short circuit fault. The traditional methods to limit the short circuit current have many shortcomings. So new current limiting technology turns into one of the hot research spots at home and abroad.Along with the development of power electronics technology, the Solid State Fault Current Limiter (SSFCL) has broad prospects for development. The new type SSFCL has many advantages such as a simple structure, flexible application, good current limiting performance and low wastage. On the basis of former research on the new type SSFCL, this paper further analyses and discusses the improvement on the control system and performance. Moreover, it dose preliminary study on the achievable structure and working principle of the current-limited United Power Flow Controller(UPFC),which is brought forward in the lab and simulates the operation as well.The first two chapters mainly introduce the background and research status of SSFCL, expatiate the topology and control strategy of the new type SSFCL, and briefly present the principle of the current-limited UPFC.The third chapter elaborates the improvement on the structure and the optimization performance of the 10kV/600A/10kA industrial prototype’s control system developed on the laboratory. Meanwhile, it specifically introduces the realization and circuit design of the control system, which is controlling the alternation and isolation between the site monitoring and control module and the core monitoring platform through optical fiber. Finally the corresponding circuit board is built.The forth chapter briefly describes the structure and working principle of the current-limited UPFC. What’s more, it also introduces the realization of specific functions and the switching between different operating modes when UPFC combines with the new type SSFCL. Based on the controlling method of cross decoupling the realization of UPFC’s power flow control function is simulated and analyzed by the simulation tool in Matlab software.Finally, the paper summarized the work and the existing application problems of the new type SSFCL is analyzed.
