民用飞机结构维修任务确定方法研究

【摘要】 本文是以南京航空航天大学民航学院民机工程运用中心与中航商用飞机有限公司合作的ARJ21飞机维修大纲(maintenance review board report, MRBR)项目为背景,对整个民用飞机结构维修任务的分析和制定方法进行了比较深入的研究,从而为制定更经济和合理的飞机结构维修大纲提供切实可行的方法。确定维修任务是制订维修大纲核心任务之一。本文首先分析了民用飞机确定维修任务的一般方法,研究了这些方法的基本原理以及运用方法的基本步骤。其次,在国内缺乏相关使用数据的前提下,经过对多种机型维修大纲制订政策和程序手册以及国际主流机型维修大纲的研究,着重分析了民用飞机结构环境和偶然损伤的影响因素,建立了相应的评价指标体系。并在此基础上提出了贯彻MSG-3维修思想的结构环境和偶然损伤评定方法,用以确定民用飞机结构检查间隔。再次,研究提出了基于属性重要度和层次分析法的指标权重确定方法,优化了确定维修检查间隔。最后研究了确定民用飞机结构疲劳损伤检查间隔方法,在分析了损伤容限设计的基础上,结合视情维修理论,研究了结构疲劳损伤维修任务确定方法。

【Abstract】 This paper is the study based on ARJ21 maintenance program item which is done by the RMS center of the Civil Aviation College, NUAA and AVIC I Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. The paper emphasizes the study on the structure maintenance task analysis and determination, to provide a realistic and practical approach on establishing the maintenance program more economical and reasonable.Determination the structure maintenance task is one of the most important content in maintenance program. In the first place, this paper analyze some general methods for determine the structure maintenance task of civil aircraft. And do some research on these methods, such as elements and the steps of them. Secondly, under the tack of the related information inland, the method of establishing maintenance task for new developed aircrafts is proposed by some maintenance program development policy and procedures handbooks of many types of aircrafts and some MRBR of some international mainly aircraft models, which includes confirming indexes for evaluation, establishing the indexes rate, integrating the index rates, defining the intervals of maintenance tasks, and setting up the corresponding relations between rates and intervals of the AD and ED. The aircraft structure damage assessing methods from MSG-3 is put to determine the check intervals for aircraft structure. Thirdly, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, optimize the identification of maintenance inspection interval. At last, based on the theory of damage tolerance design and CBM, do some research on determine FD check interval of civilian aircraft.
