纳米改性石质文物封护材料的研究

【摘要】 从石器时代的石刀石犁,到历代的石窟造像、石碑石刻等石质文物是中华民族的灿烂文明,是无价的不可再生的文化遗产和旅游资源。然而随着岁月的流逝,这些暴露于自然界的石质文物,长期遭受日晒夜露,风吹雨打,导致了粉化斑驳酥解,碑文字迹模糊,造像轮廓不清,亟待进行加固保护。石质文物的保护主要有表面清洗、粘结加固和表面封护等步骤,其中表面封护处理是至关重要的一步,它决定了保护的有效性和长久性。本文主要研究了氟-硅-丙封护材料和FEVE氟树脂类两类高分子封护材料。通过自由基聚合法合成了有机氟-有机硅-丙烯酸酯的共聚物——氟-硅-丙封护材料,运用正交试验方法,试验了反应温度、单体用量、引发剂用量等对聚合的影响,得性能最优的氟-硅-丙封护材料,并与FEVE氟树脂进行了性能比较分析。同时通过将三种不同种类的FEVE氟树脂配制成一定浓度的胶液涂刷于石材试样上,进行了附着力、吸水率、憎水性、耐酸碱和盐老化性、防油污性等性能测试和比较。另外,还选择、试验、改性了功能纳米材料,通过原位聚合改善了纳米颗粒的表面性能,分别均匀掺入到氟-硅-丙封护材料和FEVE氟树脂类中进行封护性能比较。通过分析比较,研究的两种材料对石材试样均具有较明显的封护效果,其中纳米填充的氟-硅-丙封护材料性能更佳,对石质文物封护具有良好的实际应用价值和广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Stone historical relics, such as stone tools of the Stone Age, rock caves, statues, stone tablets and engravings relics, are the glorious culture of China. One of the most notable characters of these cultural heritages and tour resources is that they are non-renewable. But as years gone, stone historical relics in the world have been suffered from lots of damages, concluding long-time exposure in the sunshine, gale, heavy rain and snow. All have caused the stone cracking to powder. The results are the characters of tablet are fuzzy, the outline of statues are unclear and so on. So the stone historical relics, glorious culture of our country, needs for the conservation urgently.Conservation of the stone historical relics mainly includes the following three steps: cleanout, reinforcement and seal. Among them the step of seal is the essential one. It determines the validity and the permanence of conservation.This paper studies F-Si-C copolymer seal materials and the FEVE fluorocarbon resins ,Which are two types of polymer seal materials.This paper studied fluorine resin and silicone resin, acrylic copolymer——F-Si-C seal materials, discussed reaction temperature、amount of monomer ratio、the amount of initiator on the impact of synthetic resin in the process of synthesis, and orthogonal test the performance of the optimal F - Si - C seal materials, and compared with FEVE seal materials . Also Through putting three different types of FEVE fluorine resin prepare certain concentration , then brushing them on the stone sample,and testing water absorption、hydrophobic、acid、alkali、and salt aging、anti-oil pollution of performance.In addition, selection、testing、modification functional nano-materials, through in situ polymerization nano particles will be uniformly dispersed in the seal system. Separately incorporation to FEVE fluorocarbon resins and F- Si - C seal material for performance comparison.Through analysis and comparison, the two materials can remarkably enhance the hydrophobicity of stone and anti-aging, and maintain the original permeability, has excellent surface seal properties and good re-protection value、application prospects in stone historical relics conservation.The addition of nano-F- Si - C seal material has better performance.
