微波暗室目标RCS测试方法的研究与试验

【摘要】 无论是研究物体的电磁散射特性还是研制具有突防能力的隐身武器系统,目标RCS测试研究具有非常重要的意义。通过RCS测试研究可以验证电磁散射计算的理论和算法,众所周知,对复杂目标,电磁散射理论计算量浩繁且变量多,而通过测试研究可以直观的获得目标的电磁散射特性数据从而减少复杂的电磁仿真计算。南京航空航天大学为了满足某项高新研制保障工程的需要——近年来自行设计并建立了一套多目标射频仿真天线测试系统。本课题在天线测试系统的基础上,研究开发了一种简单、快速的RCS测试系统——点频RCS测试系统,详细分析了测试中存在的三种误差:暗室和设备引入的误差、测量误差以及缩比模型与实际目标散射特性不一致带来的误差,提出了减小误差的措施,改进了目标RCS测试手段和测试精度。同时通过对实际目标的测试及分析,指出点频RCS测试系统的测试精度不高,较适合于大散射目标高频段( f≥2GHz)的测试。此外,本课题还通过进一步的软件开发,对转台和计算机的串口通信以及所测数据进行处理和研究,延伸了系统的测试能力,以达到更方便准确地对天线和目标RCS进行测量的目的。针对点频RCS测试系统的缺点,本课题还进一步研究开发了一种宽带RCS测试系统,即扫频RCS测试系统。该系统采用Agilent8530A所提供的频率步进信号,通过多次平均、时域和频域相结合(IFFT变换)、时域加门等技术手段,减小了测试过程中存在的误差,得到目标RCS的时域响应,然后通过时域峰值合成技术,最终得到低散射目标的RCS测试结果。同时通过比较两种RCS测试系统实测得到的数据,说明了扫频RCS测试系统具有测试精度高、信息量大、定位准确等优点。
【Abstract】 RCS measurement is necessary to research the electromagnetic scattering properties of radar target as well as to design stealth weapon system. The theory and algorithm of electromagnetic scattering computation can be verified by RCS measurement, moreover, it’s difficult to compute electromagnetic scattering of complex objects, but the data can be obtained visually by RCS measurement.For one high and new technology project, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics designed a multi-targets RF antenna measurement system. On the research of this antenna measurement system, this paper researches and develops one simple and fast RCS measurement technology——CW RCS measurement system, analyse three errors in the measurement. One is caused by microwave anechoic chamber and equipments, one is caused in the measurement, and the last one is caused by the difference between the model and the real object.With analyzing the results of the real measurements, we can know the CW RCS measurement system is suit for high frequency ( f≥2GHz) measurements. Besides, with developing the software and researching the data, it makes measurement more conveniently and correctly. As a graduate student, I take part in the whole process of this project and have much very important experience.For the disadvantage of the CW RCS measurement system, this paper researches and develops stepped frequency CW RCS measurement system. This system uses the stepped frequency signal produced byAgilent8530A, with the technologies of average, IFFT transform and time gate, it reduces the errors and get the time answer of RCS. Then use the time peak value composing technology to get the result of the RCS measurement.
