疲劳传感器数字化研究及测试系统软件设计

【摘要】 为了解决疲劳传感器在工程中采集点分散、信号传输距离远、热输出大等问题,本课题设计与研制出数字疲劳传感器,将电阻测量仪集成到传感器上。利用软件消除桥路对测量结果的影响及温度对疲劳传感器输出的影响,且采用RS485通信延长数据传输距离。该数字疲劳传感器精度达到0.001%电阻变化率,温度影响小于0.05%电阻变化率,信号传输距离可达1200米。从而为疲劳损伤监测提供可靠数据。为了能够有效评价此传感器的各项功能,还开发了一套应用软件。此用户应用软件可以控制各传感器完成不同的功能及组建模拟测试网络,可以将各传感器数据显示到计算机上,供用户进行数据分析。为了解决疲劳传感器标定需要载荷小,特殊装夹等要求,本文还研制了一种小型专用标定装置及计算机应用软件。该装置可以简化标定步骤,对疲劳传感器直接进行拉伸实验;应用软件可以自动进行标定工作,将标定的数据以图形的形式提供给用户,还可以将数据以文件的形式保存,以便供用户进一步分析与处理。从而提高了标定准确度与标定效率。
【Abstract】 For the problems of the long distance distribution measurement and the strong temperature output in practical engineering, this paper designed and manufactured the digital fatigue sensor, integrating the resistance measuring meter. In order to overcome these problems, it had temperature compensation, nonlinear calibration and communication by RS485. The sensor could prolong transmission distance to 1200m. The sensor was proved by experiments that the resolution of the system reaches 0.001% of the resistance change rate; and the temperature time drift less than 0.05%. So it completely meets the requirements of fatigue monitoring. In order to evaluation the sensor functions, application software was developed. This software could control the sensors accomplish muti functions and construct simulation network, the data would be display on computer by chart, so users could analyze the data easily.Also, this paper, according to the problems of small load, special clamping and so on in fatigue sensor calibration, introduced a fatigue sensor calibration experiment device. Static load test could be directly conducted on this device; this device simplified the calibration procedure. Application software was developed on computer, the software automatically accomplished calibration tasks, showed the data by chart on computer and save the data in documental format. This device simplified user operations and gave accuracy data.
