【摘要】 自20世纪80年代以来，高校信息化建设已有近三十年的发展历史，先后经历了管理信息系统、数字化校园、整体化信息系统等几个阶段。但随着计算机技术与通信技术的迅速发展，原来的信息标准、技术模式、实现方法都已不能适应今天全新的需求；尤其伴随着教育体制改革，从前的建设方案和实施模式也已不能适应今天的变化；随着教学、科研、工作、生活、学习对信息共享与交换需求的不断深入和相互渗透，过去的设计理论也已不能解决发展中的新问题。尤其对于高等院校家族中新出现的一员——“独立学院”，具有全新的办学机制与办学模式，对于独立学院信息化建设，无论在理论与技术方面，还是从设计与实现方面，都必须考虑其自身的特点进行全新的开拓与探索，不能照搬已有高等院校信息化建设和套用现有的模式。独立学院是2004年新出现的教育行业家族的一员，成为国家高等教育的重要补充，其根源有的衍生于原公立大学，有的是全新建立，但无论如何，其办学机制与办学模式都是史无前例的，有些类似于国外的私立大学，但在中国社会主义市场经济体制下，又有其特殊性。因此，独立学院的信息化建设也有其不可替代的特殊性，既不能照搬国外私立大学的经验，也不能照搬国内公立大学的原有方案，必须基于自身特有的条件、环境，探索与研究出适合于自身发展、满足自身需要、服务于新形势、新环境下的、独立学院的、自己的信息化建设之路。本文基于吉林大学珠海学院正在实施的独立学院信息化建设的基础工程——“吉林大学珠海学院校园卡工程”，结合工作实际，探索独立学院信息化建设之路，研究独立学院信息化建设理论与技术，并进行具体设计与实现，为独立学院信息化建设积累一定的经验。开发环境：Windows 2000 / 2003 / Linux + Oracle / SQL Server 2000 / MySQL / Access +Delphi / Java / JSP / PHP / ASP更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, mainly based on the planning, design and implementation of "Campus Card Project" of Zhuhai College, Jilin University, the system design, realization, as well as the design pattern of application software is discussed, while the enterprise operations, reform and innovation, harmonious and sustainable development experience of informatization of independent college is summerized too.Since the 1980s, the information technology of colleges and universities has last for nearly 30 years, and has gone through the following stage, management information system, digital campus, the whole information technology. But with the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology, the original stardard of information, technical model and the realization method have not meed the new demand today; in particular, along with the reformation of the educational system, the former model-building and implementation of the program also can not meet the changes nowdays; and with the sharing and exchanging information on demand at teaching, research, work, life and learning penetrated each other, the design theory in the past can not solve the new problems in the development either.In particular, the new comer of higher institutions family - independent college has a brand new school system and educational pattern. For the information technology of independent college, both in the theory and technology, and in the design and implementation, the new exploration and research must be taken into account according to its own characteristics, while the experience of other higher institution and existing model can not be copied wholely.Independent college was born in 2004 as one of the education family, and takes an important role as higher education supplement. Some of them derivative in the original public universities, and others are new. In any case, the school mechanism and school system are unprecedented in history. Some are similar to private university abroad. But under the China’s socialist market economic system, it has its particlarity. As a result, the information technology of independent college has its particularity which can not be replaced. The experience of foreign private universities can not be copied, and the original program of Chinese university can not be used either. We must explore and study the suitable road of information technology based on the specific conditions, the environment, to meet the development and needs, fit the new situation and new background.Independent college has its own characteristics. It is independent-funded (non-state-funded), has the participation of the qualified higher university, has the college-level or higher level and has public welfare. The applicant of the independent college is the qualified universities, in charge of teaching, management and ensuring the educational quality. The partner of independent college is the investors, in charge of running the necessary conditions and facilities, to participate in the management, supervision and making decisions. The important feature of the independent college is the independence. Independent colleges have independent legal personality and civil liability, an independent school campus and basic school facilities, independent organization and management about teaching, independent property management and financial accounting, independent student entrance and certificate distributing. In conclusion, independent college has three main characteristics: first, private machanisms; second, the brand new "independent" mode; third, the brand new management system.The "independent" feature of independent college decides the purpose and specialty of its information technology. The purpose of information technology of independent college is very clear, and can be summed up as follows:First, improve management efficiency and save the cost of the management.Second, improve management level and expand college influence.Third, closely follow the development trend of information technology and provide good conditions for teaching and research.The purpose of information technology of independent college decides its specialty.First, the school system of independent college makes its information technology more flexible.Second, relying on the university makes information technology of independent college have solid foundation.Third, the sources of funding of independent college make it pay more attention to the relation between income and expenditure on information technology.Fourth, the private mechanisms and management system of independent college make information technology more effective.Fifth, the private mechanisms and management system of independent college make information technology hindered too.The information technology of independent college has many problems, which is the necessity to carry out the information technology:First, the educational resource is deficient.Second, the power of leadership is deficient.Third, the planning and arrangement of information technology is deficient.Fourth, the information technology ability of teachers and managers are poor.Fifth, the management system and operation mechanism is still deficient.Sixth, the long-term development and sustainable development idea is deficient.Seventh, the overall coordination is deficient.Eighth, the situation of management and information is in serious isolation.Ninth, the power and funtion of the management department for information technology are weak.Tenth, Forbiding the freshman on the Internet make information technology become hollow words.To ensure the information technology practical, we must ensure those as follows:First, ensure the policy.Second, ensure the funds.Third, ensure the mechanism.Fourth, ensure the team.Fifth, ensure the co-operation.The technologies and tools are used in the design of developming campus card system: Java, EJB, Web Services, Hibernate, JBoss, Resin, Axis, Struts, Eclipse and plug-ins, Linux, Oracle, Delphi and so on.In the development and design of campus card system, we can adopt the following software design pattern: Layer, Pipes and Filters Blackboard, Proxy, Model - View - Controller, Microkernel, and Reflection and so on. In actual, the Layer is adopted.The completion of the campus card system platform include the following sub-system: the campus card system platform, the campus card management system, canteen management system, sports fees management system, computer lab management system, web inquiry system, touching screen inquiry system, Huiwen library management system interface, bank transfer system, bank transfer system based on agreement, access control system, CET4/6 fees system, exam fees system, electricity and water fees system, trainning fees system, digital freshman enrollment system, network fees system, the phone campus card system, dorm management system, and on-board feeds system.Finally, to do a good job in formation technology, we much attach importance to the following:First, the information technology needs to strenghthen the leadership.Second, the information technology needs to straighten out the operational mechanism and management system of it and its management department.Third, the information technology needs to make a whole plan.Fouth, the information technology need to strengthen the scientific management, increase income and recude expenditure.Fifth, the information technology needs to make standards and norms.更多还原
