带隔离仓室流行病模型的研究

【摘要】 本文在古典流行病模型,即Kermack-Mckendrick的SIR模型和SIS模型的基础上增加隔离仓室D,以及考虑潜伏期,外界输入和种群动力等各种因素,系统地创建了带隔离仓室的DSIR和DSIS模型,研究了隔离率对疾病消除平衡点和地方病平衡点存在性的影响,求出了隔离率的阈值,研究了平衡点的渐近稳定性,得到了关于隔离率的阂值定理,从而较全面地研究了隔离对流行病传播发展的控制作用,有较强的理论和实际意义.

【Abstract】 In this paper, we constructed a series of epidemiological models with isolation compartment, which are based on two classical epidemiological models: the Kermack-Mckendrick’s SIR model and the SIS modelWe analyzed the effect of islation rate on existence of disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium, and discussed the stability of the equilibria and the convergence to the equilihria. We obtained some threshold theorems about isolation rate, which can be applied to control and eradicate infectious diseases.
