基于IFSF协议的加油站前庭控制器软件系统研究

【摘要】 计算机技术的日新月异发展,为我国企业管理模式向扁平化方向发展提供了良好的技术基础。本文针对我国由于各种原因形成的油品油料零售网络加油站“信息孤岛”难于实现信息资料共享所引发的一系列管理缺失,提出了一种基于IFSF(International Forecourt Stardard Forum)的加油站FCC(Forecourt controller)软件系统开发方案。题目来源于重庆汉锦科技有限公司“油品零售网络系统智能控制前端设备”项目,研究课题“基于IFSF协议的加油站前庭控制器软件系统”是其核心内容。系统采用实时嵌入式Linux操作系统设计,所用关键技术包括工业级数据实时通讯、IFSF在TCP/IP上的应用、嵌入式动态Web技术和实时监控等。本文完成了以下研究工作:①针对传统加油站前庭设备MIS系统的管理弊端,提出了一种新的系统管理方案。该方案中的FCC应用高性能的Intel Xscale IXP-422 266Mhz RISC CPU,采用基于嵌入式系统的方法设计,符合加油站电子设备的相关电磁兼容性标准,适宜于加油站工作环境使用。系统以嵌入式动态Web方式设计,可在线配置和控制管理设备,实现设备的远程网络化配置,提高了设备的利用率,减少了冗余性。②基于对IFSF协议的剖析,针对不同厂家不同品牌的加油机具有不同的协议,设计了加油机与IFSF协议的相应转换模块,实现了非IFSF设备与IFSF设备之间的相互通讯和互操作。③实现了一个原型系统,系统初步测试结果表明了该系统设计的合理性和可用性。

【Abstract】 The speed development of computer technology in change with each passing day, offered a good technology foundation that made management mode develop toward to decrease hierarchy aspect for enterprise in our country. Aimed at the " isolated information island " of gas stations of oil products retail network in which the formed reason was very complex, it was difficult to realize sharing of information data and therefore resulted in a series of being short of management, the paper presented a sort of development scheme of FCC(Forecourt controller) for gas stations based on IFSF (International Forecourt Stardard Forum).The subject rooted in item of "intelligent control front device for oil products retail network system" by Chongqing Utitech Technology Co., Ltd.. The research subject, "The software system of FCC in gas stations based on protocol of IFSF", is its core content. It designed by use of real time embedded operating system of Linux, and the applied key technology included real-time data communication in industrial-level, application of IFSF on TCP/IP, embedded dynamic Web technology, and real-time monitoring and so on. The following work has been completed in the paper.①Aimed at the management shortage of traditional MIS of forecourt device in gas stations, it presented a sort of novel system management solution. In which Intel Xscale IXP-422 266Mhz RISC CPU of high performance was used in FCC, designed by embedded system. It accorded with related electromagnetism compatibility standard of electronic device in gas stations, fitted to the application of work environment in gas stations. The system designed by embedded dynamic Web, it could configure and control device on line, and realized the remote networked configuration for devices. Therefore it enhanced device utility rate and reduced the redundancy.②Based on the anatomy of IFSF, and aimed at the different protocol of dispenser from different factory and different brand, it designed the corresponding conversion module between dispenser and IFSF protocol, and realized the mutual data communication and the mutual operation between none IFSF and IFSF devices.③It realized a prototype system. The basic test results shown that it is valid in system design , and applicable in engineering.
